Privacy policy
Operated by Polcomp Marek Butry. Contact: [email protected].
The short version: we store your email address, the description of your business you gave us, and which notices we matched and sent you. We do not sell it, we do not run advertising trackers, and you can delete all of it at any time by unsubscribing and emailing us.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address, when you confirmed it, and when you last signed in. Sign-in uses one-time links, so we never hold a password.
Matching profiles. The plain-English description of your business, any include or exclude keywords, country and source filters, and your score threshold and cadence.
Delivery records. Which notices matched your profile and which digests we generated and sent, so we do not send the same notice twice.
Billing. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles card details. We never see or store a card number. We keep a customer and subscription reference and the plan you are on.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
Why we are allowed to hold it
For subscribers, the lawful basis is performance of a contract: we cannot send you the alerts you asked for without your address and your description. For the small amount of security and abuse-prevention logging we do, the basis is legitimate interests.
Digest emails are sent only after you confirm your address by opening a link. Nothing is sent to an unconfirmed address.
Notice data is not personal data about you
The contract notices themselves come from official government and intergovernmental sources — TED — Tenders Electronic Daily, Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Grants.gov, World Bank Procurement Notices, CanadaBuys — and are republished under their open licences. Those records may name buyer organisations and, occasionally, a named contact published by the issuing authority. We reproduce what the source published and link back to it. If you are named in a source record, the publishing authority is the controller for that record; we will still remove it from our copy on request.
How long we keep it
Account and profile data: until you delete it. Unsubscribing stops all email immediately and retains the profile so you can re-enable it; ask us and we will erase it outright. Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes and are single use. Sessions expire after 30 days.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing of your data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and mail clients may action it without you opening the message.
Sharing and location
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: an email delivery provider, a payment processor if you subscribe, and our hosting provider. If relevance reranking is enabled on your plan, the notice text and your business description are sent to a language model provider to be scored; that content is not used to train models under the terms we operate on. We do not sell data to anyone.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced in a digest before they take effect. Written enquiries: ul. Piaskowa 9c, 37-403 Jastkowice, Poland.
