Honest limitations
- Coverage is the five feeds currently collected (EU TED, UK Find a Tender, UK Contracts Finder, Grants.gov, World Bank). CanadaBuys is listed on the sources and status pages but is not collected yet. This is not every sub-national portal, and it never claims to be.
- Some feeds publish only summary fields for a notice. Where a description is missing we say so rather than inventing one.
- A relevance score is a ranking aid, not a bid/no-bid decision. The official notice is always the authority.
