Terms of service
The short version: we forward and rank public notices, we do not guarantee we caught every one, the official notice always wins over our copy, and you can cancel whenever you like.
What the service does
Tendercast collects contract and grant notices published by government and intergovernmental bodies, ranks them against a description of your business, and emails you the ones that clear your threshold. It is an alerting and ranking tool. It does not write bids, submit them, or represent you to any buyer.
Accuracy, and the limit you should actually care about
Always verify against the official notice before acting. Every listing links to its source. Where our copy and the issuing authority disagree, the issuing authority is correct.
We do not warrant completeness. Upstream feeds change shape, go down, and occasionally omit records; a relevance score is a ranking aid, not a bid decision, and a notice scoring low may still be worth your time. We are not liable for a missed opportunity, a missed deadline, or a lost bid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your account
One person or organisation per account. Sign-in links are personal — anyone holding one can access your account, so treat them as you would a password. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
You may only create alerts for an email address you control. Each plan allows a stated number of matching profiles.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part months. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
If a plan does not do what this site says it does, email [email protected] within 30 days of paying and we will refund you.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or bulk-redistribute our ranked output as a competing feed, attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions, or use the service to send unsolicited mail. Automated access beyond normal use requires an API plan.
The underlying notices are public records under open licences and you are free to use them; what is restricted is systematic extraction of our collection and ranking of them.
Availability and termination
The service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Collection status is published on our status page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will refund any unused paid period if we do so without cause. You may close your account at any time.
Not affiliated with any government
Tendercast is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the European Union, the UK Government, the United States Government, the Government of Canada, or the World Bank Group. Agency names are used descriptively to identify the source of a record.
