The contract requires the provision of a compliant lift installation in accordance with BS EN 81-72:2020, BS 9999, and relevant Building Regulations, including Approved Document B. All works must meet or exceed the performance, safety, and accessibility standards expected for lift installations in a commercial/public building setting. Contractors will be expected to coordinate closely with heritage, building services, and security stakeholders, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure and minimal aesthetic impact on listed features.
