Market Engagement Event Homecare Services for Adult Social Care and Children and Young People with Disabilities

The Council requires the provision of Homecare Services for Adult Social Care and Children and Young People with Disabilities. A procurement will be undertaken to establish both a new Lead Provider contract and a Framework contract of providers. The Lead Provider contracts will be let on a neighbourhood basis to mirror the five integrated neighbourhood areas. The neighbourhoods are as follows: Harlesden Kilburn Kingsbury and Kenton Wembley Willesden It is envisaged there will be 4 or 5 lead providers in each area but this to be is to be confirmed. This would be supported by a framework of up to 10 additional providers. The two contracts will be procured at the same time, as separate lots, within one tender. A separate lot will be procured within the tender for specialists who can provide services to customers supported by Children and Young People’s Services. This lot will have no limit to the number of providers accepted to join this framework. An online market engagement event will be held on Microsoft Teams scheduled for Wednesday 30th September 2026 between 2pm - 4pm. Grounds Maintenance Services: 2027-2031

To provide grounds maintenance services across the Orkney mainland, linked south isles and Hoy. This will include grass cutting, strimming, weed control, maintenance of planting including shrubs and small trees. Note this will be a term service contract for the four year period from 1 April 2027 until 31 March 2031, with an option to extend for one further year subject to meeting the performance criteria defined in the contract.

2026 Social Care - Aberdeenshire Self Directed Support Services

The Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership have a service requirement for a locally based service to provide advice and information to members of the public regarding all aspects of Self-Directed Support, including information about the legislation and the four options available under The Social Care (Self Directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013. The service will include: - Support and advice to enable the supported person to access resources that will assist in the meeting of outcomes - the provision of information, support and advice in response to eligible referrals that will assist the individual to consider and understand the four options available to them - participation where requested in the support planning process - assistance to those supported persons that choose to employ staff to do so effectively and lawfully; and including support to the individual to access legal and payroll support - an Individual Service Fund management service that will be accessible to eligible individuals that choose an Individual Service Fund under Option 2 to fund all or some of their care and support package. This will include the management of prepaid card accounts - Develop and facilitate a service user forum
