Recruitment Agency Support

LOW CARBON CONTRACTS COMPANY LTD

Scope as published

Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) have an upcoming requirement for recruitment agency support, for hiring quality staff into predominantly IT and Finance roles. LCCC have an in-house recruitment team, who successfully fill most vacancies through direct sourcing. Internal forecasting suggests that we will be recruiting for 62 specialist roles across FY27/28, FY29/30 and FY30/31, which we may find challenging to source through our typical methods. To assist with the recruitment of these roles, we require recruitment agencies with specialist market expertise to support with the hiring of permanent roles, alongside some Fixed Term Contracts or interim roles. Our aim is for the agencies to provide a means to recruit high-quality talent, through their passive candidate networks and up-to-date candidate availability data (particularly for FTC and interim talent where agencies have greater visibility of contract end dates and immediate availability). We anticipate that two thirds of these 62 vacancies across the 3 financial years will require specialist agency support, equating to an estimate of 41.33 across the 3 years, or 20.7 roles per year. Please see below the total forecast 62 roles we are likely to require QA, Software and Data Engineering, Infrastructure and DevOps: 30 Finance roles: 20 Policy roles: 9 Principal Contract Manager roles: 3 It is desirable that the agencies will also be able to support future ad hoc specialist hiring requirements arising from organisational growth, emerging business priorities/ business transformation activity, FTC workforce requirements and unforeseen workforce demands across all directorates, as may be required.
