The experience requirement however for bidders participating in all lots is the aggregate requirement 2) The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the above subprojects. Completion of the Works for each lot is required as seen in the above table. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. Bidders may opt to submit their bid to any or both lots. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders, and Sub-sections 5.2 and 5.4 of the Bid Data Sheet. 3) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act", with some amendments, as stated in the Bidding Documents and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
