Kristiansund municipality hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new primary school for 400 pupils in Omsundet, Satisfactory school. The site is located between 20Th Form School in Tyrihaugen 2 and The R&B Hall in Godhaugen 20. The address for the new primary school will be Godhaugen 18. The engineering design area is 3,951 m² net function area. The procurement includes all works in connection with new buildings and outdoor areas. The Social Services Department is responsible for individual services for persons with substance abuse problems, including health and care services in accordance with the Patient and User Rights Act § 2-1a, cf. The Health and Care Services Act § 3-2, 6th section letter b, and shall offer residential and service offers to two male users with ROP-disorder.The purpose of the service offer is to ensure proper health and care services through a residential offer that facilitates a safe, predictable and worthy everyday life with a high quality of life. The services shall be based on an environmental therapeutic approach with an emphasis on care, clear communication, structure and regulation of behaviour. Tenders shall be procured with 24 hour health and care services for both users. User B has a long term pairing and the tender must therefore also include housing for the person concerned ́s partner. If the residential and service offer to one of the users ceases during the contract period, the municipality must have the possibility to let another user within the same target group (persons with drugs and/or ROP disorder) take over the place. Further terms for this will be agreed between the contracting authority and the tenderer.
The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions.
