Provision of Corporate and Professional Services to Big Life Schools Multi Academy Trust

The Trust is seeking a single strategic partner to deliver an integrated suite of corporate and professional services that enable school leaders to focus on educational outcomes while ensuring the Trust operates efficiently, safely, compliantly and sustainably. The successful supplier will provide integrated professional support services that are reliable, compliant, responsive and strategically aligned to the Trust’s objectives, through a single accountable management structure combining strategic advice, operational delivery, performance management, continuous improvement and innovation. The Services comprise the following ten service areas, described in full in the Specification: Financial Services- Operational and transactional financial management, management accounts, 5-year planning, VAT/ONS returns and audit liaison (Sage 200; circa 20,000 transactions per year). Payroll Services - Payroll processing and system for circa 200 staff (pay date 15th), RTI/HMRC, Teachers’ Pension and Local Government Pension Scheme administration. Human Resources Services - Operational HR, recruitment, employee relations, policy development, TUPE advice and the staff wellbeing offer. Staff Training & Development - Mandatory and wider training (safeguarding, cyber, H&S and more), CPD support and maintenance of Trust accreditations. Legal Services (incl. employment) - Operational and strategic legal support on contracts, employment and H&S matters, from suitably regulated advisers. Managed ICT Services- Secure, resilient network, servers, connectivity, filtering, cyber security, helpdesk, backup and device management across both schools and the nursery. Estates Management Services - Strategic and operational facilities and estates management, statutory compliance, estates/asset/carbon strategy and H&S support. Communications, Marketing & PR - Brand and reputation management, media and PR, website and social media, prospectus and admissions materials, internal communications. Governance Support Services - Company secretarial and governance support, clerking and minutes (Convene), statutory filings and governance advice. Managed Procurement Services - Procurement advice, tendering and quotations, contracts register, supplier management and Procurement Act 2023 compliance. This procurement is being conducted under the Open Procedure pursuant to section 20(2)(a) of the Act — a single-stage procedure with no restriction on who may submit a tender and no separate shortlisting stage. All compliant tenders received by the deadline will be assessed against the Conditions of Participation, the exclusion grounds and the award criteria in this ITT, and the Contract will be awarded to the Most Advantageous Tender under section 19 of the Act. Project VENTURE

Project VENTURE for the provision of future gliding equipment and services. Gliding provides a distinctive capability as the unique selling point that inspires and attracts young people to join the RAF Air Cadets, whilst contributing significantly towards interest in a career in the Royal Air Force (RAF). Project VENTURE will deliver capability based around the current training glider; a conventional tandem-seat sailplane with high-performance soaring and aerobatic capability. This will be supported by new or refurbished equipment, robust core services, provision of spares, and post design services. Support services will include winch maintenance, aerotow capability, glider maintenance and engineering, managing safety equipment, and associated services delivered through Volunteer Gliding Schools at 10 permanent sites across the UK. The project’s vision is for a more modern and efficient gliding capability that is safely delivered across multiple sites, and which demonstrates the RAF ethos, so that gliding contributes significantly towards inspiring and attracting a broader cross-section of air-minded young people to join Defence.

Replacement Contract Management, Billing and Invoicing System

The scope of this system includes the full replacement of the current ERP system with a cloud-based solution for use by the Procurement Services Digital and Invoicing and Billing teams. A single integrated solution is preferred, although alternative approaches will be considered where they demonstrate clear value and meet all requirements. The replacement solution must include: •Cloud based SaaS solution hosted in the UK •Single Sign On using the corporate identity provider •Multi Factor Authentication •Role based access control •API functionality for system integration •Quotation creation and product configuration •Contract creation and management •Contract-driven billing •Invoice processing •Invoice validation and exception handling •Credit notes, reversals, and rebilling •Consolidated and advance billing •Reporting, audit, and data export Payments are out of scope and will continue to be performed by a separate system. Parks, Green Spaces and Market Street Public Toilets Maintenance and Cleaning Contract for Kidderminster Town Council

The West Mercia Police Contracts and Procurement Team, acting on behalf of the Kidderminster Town Council (the Authority), is to invite tenders for Provision of Parks, Green Spaces and Market Street Public Toilets Maintenance and Cleaning Contract upon the terms and conditions set out in the tender pack. The Authority is tendering to appoint a single Contractor to provide the Parks, Green Spaces and Public Toilet Cleaning Services to 12 parks and green spaces including a churchyard and public toilet. The subsequent contract will last 3 years initially with an option to extend for a further 12 month term. The tender is being conducted as a Competitive Flex Procedure Two-Stage process under the Procurement Act 2023. The tender is being managed by West Mercia Police Contracts & Procurement department on behalf of Kidderminster Town Council.
