The London Borough of Hackney is inviting tenders for property insurance quotations covering approximately 8,500 leasehold, right-to-buy, shared ownership, and mortgaged residential properties, representing a projected total building sum insured of c. £2.36bn at inception. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2027 as a Long Term Agreement of two years, with options to extend for an additional one year plus one year (2 + 1 + 1). This procurement is being conducted via the Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023.
