Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Employer : Ministry of Transportation Project : Indonesia Mass Transit Project (IMTP) Contract title : Construction of BRT BBMA - Cinunuk Depot Country : Republic of Indonesia Loan/Credit/Grant No. : IBRD No. 9340-ID RFB No. : ID-DGLT-574728-CW-RFB Issued on : 5 November 2026 The Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Mass Transit Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of BRT BBMA - Cinunuk Depot. The Directorate General of Land Transport now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of BRT BBMA - Cinunuk Depot in Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The construction period is 240 calendar days from the issuance date of the Work Commencement Order (SPMK). Bidding will be conducted through national open competitive procurement using a Request for Bids, applying the harmonized bidding document for Pekerjaan Konstruksi - Pascakualifikasi, in accordance with the applicable National Procurement Procedures, the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020, and the provisions of the applicable legal agreement. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
