The procurement concerns consulting services for the supervision of energy efficiency improvement and rehabilitation works for the Oncology Institute in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, under the Moldova Energy Efficiency Project. The Consultant shall provide pre-construction services, day-to-day construction supervision, contract administration, quality and cost control, monitoring of progress and compliance with environmental, social, health and safety requirements, and services during the Defects Notification Period, as specified in the Terms of Reference.
