The Accelerate Bhutan's Job Transformation through Renewable Natural Resource Value Chains to be implemented by DoFPS, MoENR now invites sealed Bids from registered W3 medium national contractor as registered with Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) for the Construction of Wood Innovation and Technology Hub (Laboratory) at Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Forestry Research and Training (UWIFoRT), Bumthang. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Biding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. Bidding will be conducted through Request for Bids (RFB) following National Market Approach as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Sixth Edition, February 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address mentioned below and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. The bidding document in English may be downloaded from MoAL website ( www.moal.gov.bt ) by interested eligible Bidders.
