The work and services to be undertaken comprises the provision of a term maintenance contract for an all-inclusive comprehensive annual inspection, servicing & maintenance contract, with provisional associated replacement works [including boilers, detectors, and associated works] and reporting for approximately 253 domestic and 2 commercial [office] gas central heating installations covering all parts, labour and certification to maintain fully functioning gas fired hot water & heating systems as categorised under the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme in the Employer’s tenanted flats/ houses (which quantity may vary from time to time) in Barlanark, Glasgow G33.

Caerphilly County Borough Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Organisation's to deliver the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) model as part of the UK Government’s DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) Connect to Work programme. Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment programme delivered across England and Wales, designed to support disabled people, individuals with health conditions, and people facing complex barriers who are currently outside the labour market and experiencing ‘Hidden Unemployment’, to find and sustain meaningful employment. The programme forms a key component of the Government’s Get Britain Working Strategy, targeting economic inactivity by offering tailored, intensive, and high quality employment support at the right time for the right participants. Participants of the programme must be working age, eligible, and suitable for the provision. Connect to Work delivers the evidence based “place, train, and maintain” Supported Employment model. The Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) is designed to support individuals facing complex barriers, disabilities, long term health conditions, social, emotional, or environmental barriers. Tenderers will be required to submit responses in accordance with the requirements set out within the procurement documentation. Submissions will be evaluated against the published criteria. WIRELESS CONFERENCE AND HYBRID MEETING SYSTEM

Ryde Town Council invites you to quote for a wireless conference system for its Council Chamber. You will supply, install, commission and support it. The Council has no preference over brand but the system will need to be compatible with our existing IT equipment. This specification details what the system must do. The Council is open to any solution that works in the way it needs. The Council welcomes quotes from all relevant manufacturers and suppliers. The system must be simple and intuitive to operate from start-up, with no technical knowledge required. Council staff must be able to set up and run meetings confidently using clear, straightforward controls. The system must be quick and easy to set up and must not need continual adjustment. Council staff cannot adjust or operate the system once a meeting has started. It must be compatible with live streaming, as the Council streams its meetings on YouTube. Please note that Councillors do not generally attend meetings with laptops or tablets therefore, a laptop or tablet based microphone system would not be suitable. Staff do have laptops available for system operation. The system requirements in brief • A wireless conference system to accommodate 18 people taking part in a meeting. Councillors have shared microphones in the past (one between two) and are happy to continue doing so if it is more cost effective. • Wireless casting of the meeting to a loudspeaker the public can hear. • Compatibility with hybrid meetings, with remote participants or observers on Zoom, YouTube and Microsoft Teams. • Room to add additional units later. • Compatibility with hearing loops.
