Video Analytics Capability Requirements Overview The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking to improve investigative outcomes by enhancing their review, analysis and management of CCTV video material. An AI-enabled Video Analytics capability to reduce manual review time, support investigations, and improve the way video evidence is turned into usable intelligence. The solution should: • maintain evidential integrity, enable interoperability, provide a scalable future-proof capability, and support lawful and ethical AI use. • support the rapid search, analysis and review large volumes of CCTV and digital evidence, improve investigative efficiency and reduce manual footage trawl time. • include video ingestion, analytics, evidential workflows and integration with future digital evidence management capabilities.

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide wastewater sludge cake haulage services across four Lots: - **Lot 1 – Intercompany Haulage (North Wales)** - **Lot 2 – Intercompany Haulage (South Wales)** - **Lot 3 – Cake-to-Land Haulage (North Wales)** - **Lot 4 – Cake-to-Land Haulage (South Wales)** Services include planned and ad hoc collection, transportation and delivery of sludge cake between operational sites, treatment facilities, approved agricultural land and other authorised destinations, including associated activities where required. Suppliers may tender for one or more Lots. DCWW intends to appoint Primary Suppliers and may appoint Reserve Suppliers in accordance with the published allocation methodology. The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) are expected to apply to this procurement. Relevant TUPE information will be shared with suppliers on **6 November 2026**, subject to receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA will be issued through the eSourcing Portal by **30 October 2026**, alongside the responses to tender clarification questions. The contract will have an initial term of four years, with four optional one-year extensions, giving a maximum duration of eight years. The procurement will be conducted using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023.

This is the Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) for the LLDC and seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to LLDC's LLDC HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management solution. Your feedback is important as it will allow views from the market to inform the development and finalisation of the procurement strategy. LLDC would greatly appreciate your feedback in the form of a response to the questionnaire. All responses will be treated confidentially. Following analysis, a high level summary report will be issued to participants of the market engagement giving an overview of the general themes and findings, but no participant will be mentioned by name in the report. This exercise does not form part of any formal procurement process.
