The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Fourth Public Sector Modernization Project (PSMP4), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Microsoft Licenses and Related Services for State Government Entities. 2. The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Microsoft Licenses and Related Services for State Government Entities, including Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance and the State Revenue Committee. The procurement includes Microsoft 365 user subscriptions and additional security tool-set for the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, State Revenue Committee the Microsoft on-premises and hybrid licensing required for the target architecture, and related services including delivery, provisioning, configuration, migration, deployment, training, documentation and handover. 3.
