Concertus Suffolk is undertaking the procurement for this Framework which shall be branded Link14 Construction & Building Services Framework to deliver both construction and building services work within seven geographic Lots for up to the value of £1bn (excl VAT). The Link14 Framework is seeking to appoint industry-leading Partners with the aim of forging relationships which actively support the objectives of both the Framework and our Clients. The core types of works will which be delivered under this Framework includes: • Construction Work; • Construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction • Site Preparation Work; • Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work; • Building Installation Work; • Building Completion Work; • Hire Construction and Civil Engineering machinery and equipment with operator; • Repair and maintenance services of building installations; • Installation services of electrical and mechanical equipment; • Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services • Real estate services The Framework is designed to provide maximum flexibility to Clients through the availability of mini competitions, direct awards, and use of the NEC, JCT, ICE, ICC Forms of Contract or bespoke terms and conditions appropriate to the project(s) being delivered. The aim of the Framework is to deliver, in partnership and collaboration between Link14, Concertus, the Framework Partners and Clients, exceptional buildings within the public realm. It will be a multi-partner framework with a number of Partners within each of the Lots. The Lot structure is as follows: 1 Construction East Anglia & Home Counties £0 - £2m 2 Construction East Anglia & Home Counties £2m - £14m 3 Construction Midlands & West Country £0 - £2m 4 Construction Midlands & West Country £2m - £14m 5 Construction Belt of England £12m+ 6 Building Services East Anglia & Home Counties £0 - £3m 7 Building Services Midlands & West Country £0 - £3m

Building Safety Contractors Framework

Notting Hill Genesis are preparing to publish a two-stage Competitive Flexible procedure for a Closed Framework agreement. First stage is PSQ, with further ITT stage for Candidates to complete Quality, Technical Responses, with down selection to Commercial Pricing information. This framework has 2 lots: Lot 1 is for Specialist Façade works; Lot 2 is for Large Sites & Batching with a total number of 12 Bidders for each lot to be awarded onto the framework agreement. FRAMEWORK VALUE: Please note the estimated value of the Framework Agreement is £360m. This estimation is based on NHG’s projected spend of £300m over the next 4 years, with an allowance for third-party Call-Offs entered into under the framework, estimated at £60m. NHG cannot give any guarantees that the goods/services totalling this value will in fact be called off from this framework and the award of any Call-Off contracts under the framework is at NHG's (or any other user's) discretion. Equally, the total value may increase, either if NHG’s own requirements increase unexpectedly or if the framework is used by other contracting authorities more extensively than anticipated. Household Waste Recycling Centre Garden Waste

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is undertaking market engagement with Suppliers to gain a better understanding of the market available for the management of garden waste arising from Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). Information gathered from this market testing exercise will inform the procurement strategy and contract design including the specification, ensuring the Council achieves its objectives and best value for money. The Council has nine HWRC's located across the County, receiving in excess of 1.5 million visits every year. Site usage is typically highest at weekends, bank holiday's, throughout holiday periods, including Easter, and during summer months. Eight of the HWRC's are operated by the Council and there is currently one contract in place for the management of garden waste from these HWRC's. Judkins HWRC is not currently in scope. The current contract includes the following services: • Container provision • Collection and haulage • Composting This contract expires on the 30th April 2027. The Council does have access to composting outlets for garden waste under existing contracts and would be interested to hear from Suppliers who do not operate a composting site but could provide the other service elements listed.

Digital Optimisation Implementation Support

Please note this project has potentially three elements to it. You may express an interest to all three if applicable, if not please express an interest where applicable. The council is seeking to commission implementation support to assist with to key digital optimisation activities. An independent audit and review of its Financial Assessment Process. The review is to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, consistency and customer experience of the current process and identify opportunities for improvement. Alongside this the council is looking to invest in a digital marketing solution to improve Foster Carer recruitment through targeted audience identification, tailored messaging and enhanced digital engagement. The council requires specialist implementation support capable of delivering a propriety methodology, covering content development, channel strategy, audience targeting, enquiry generation, recruitment process optimisation and benefits realisation, ensuring the council captures the full value value of it digital marketing tool and achieves measurable increases in foster carer recruitment

These services support over 6000 older people with a range of residential care needs where safety, dignity, independence, accessibility and regulatory assurance are central to day-to-day operations. The required services will be managing enquiries, admissions and occupancy from initial contact to accepted admission. This will be through dedicated enquiries and admissions products, CRM-led approaches, broader care technology platforms or integrated partner models.
