Anglian Water is undertaking early market engagement to inform the future procurement of Operational Technology (OT) Reseller Services. Through this engagement, we are seeking insight from the market to better understand supplier capabilities, service offerings, delivery models, and emerging innovations that can support the continued development and operation of our OT network infrastructure. The objective is to establish a strategic panel of qualified resellers capable of supplying, integrating, and supporting key OT technologies across our operational environment. Ensuring resilience of supply through access to trusted partners with the capability to provide responsive technical support, integration services, and ongoing lifecycle management. Strengthening operational and cyber resilience through solutions and expertise aligned with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations 2018, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and wider industry best practice. Providing access to accredited technical expertise, vendor specialisms, and value-added services that enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our OT estate.
