Places for People Group Limited (PfP) is establishing a Major Works Framework for the delivery of planned investment works across its housing portfolio. The works will principally comprise the replacement, renewal, installation, repair and associated works relating to: windows, external doors and roofline components; internal components including kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewires; and boilers and heating systems. The scope may also include ancillary and consequential works necessary for the safe and effective delivery of these workstreams, including associated surveys, testing, statutory compliance works, making good and minor remedial works.
