Lot 1 - Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCI) This lot covers the delivery of Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCIs) across Thames Water's wastewater network to identify and reduce the risk of sewer blockages, pollution incidents, sewer flooding and customer service disruption. Suppliers will be required to undertake investigations within defined catchment areas identified by Thames Water. Activities may include sewer and manhole inspections, sewer cleaning, CCTV surveys, identification of root causes of network issues, delivery of first time-fix activities where appropriate, and the development of recommendations for follow-on works. Suppliers will be responsible for providing all labour, vehicles, equipment and associated resources necessary to deliver the services, together with the collection and submission of inspection data, CCTV records, photographs and other required outputs. The framework will operate across the Thames Water region. Work packages will be issued by Thames Water throughout the term of the framework and may vary in size, volume and location. Successful suppliers will be required to work collaboratively with Thames Water to support operational performance, environmental protection and customer outcomes. Lot 2 - CCTV & Cleaning This lot covers the provision of planned CCTV inspection and sewer cleaning services across Thames Water's wastewater network, including specialist cleaning activities and associated support services such as flow management, waste disposal, and related operational works. Suppliers will be required to undertake sewer cleaning and CCTV investigations to identify, record, and report on blockages, silt build-up, structural defects, root ingress, and other operational issues within the network. Services may include CCTV enabling activities, defect identification and coding, emergency response works, pollution escalations, and customer and stakeholder engagement where required. Suppliers will provide all labour, vehicles, plant, equipment, permits, licences, traffic management, and associated resources required to deliver the services in accordance with relevant industry standards and Thames Water procedures. Services may be delivered across public highways, private land, and other locations throughout the Thames Water region, and may include both planned and reactive activities. Suppliers will be responsible for providing all required survey, inspection, waste disposal, and job completion records and will work collaboratively with Thames Water to support network performance, environmental compliance, and customer outcomes. Remote Condition Monitoring Platform

Network Rail owns and runs Britain's rail infrastructure and is committed to providing a world-class network for train companies, freight operators and for passengers. Network Rail maintains, manages and improves every aspect of the infrastructure. Successfully planning and delivering maintenance, enhancements and renewals works to the infrastructure is the key to running a safe, reliable and efficient railway, serving customers and communities. Network Rail is seeking information from the market to support the next evolution of its Remote Condition Monitoring capability, currently known as RADAR. Remote Condition Monitoring is a strategic asset-management capability that enables Network Rail to monitor the health, condition and performance of railway assets remotely, supporting a shift from manual, inspection-led maintenance towards proactive, insight-led intervention. The current RADAR capability has evolved over more than 25 years and is business critical, but the wider estate includes legacy and alternative systems operating in parallel, creating complexity, cost, integration and resilience challenges. The future platform, referred to as RADAR 3, is intended to consolidate and modernise this capability, support national-scale asset condition monitoring, and provide a foundation that can scale into the future Great British Railways operating model. This procurement will be undertaken as an open market exercise using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the objective of procuring an Examinations system application comprising licences, support, and minor configuration. The purpose of this PME is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to platform, software and managed service capabilities available in the market for large-scale, enterprise Remote Condition Monitoring. Specifically, this RFI will look to address the following areas: • Identify existing large-scale IoT, industrial data, asset condition monitoring and alarm management platforms available in the market • Understand the functional and technical capabilities available for data ingestion, real-time historian services, alarm and alert management, asset configuration, visualisation, event replay, analytics, GIS/EAM integration and open API access • Identify indicative commercial models, implementation approaches, operating models, support arrangements and cost drivers for candidate solutions • Identify additional capabilities, delivery considerations, migration approaches and innovation opportunities that Network Rail may not yet have considered, including future Great British Railways interoperability requirements Please note that any content received via response to this RFI will be used purely for information purposes only and will not be deemed as forming part of any proposed bid now, or any potential future tender.

Provision of Management Services: Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential Suppliers within the market, for the provision of management services for the Council's Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant, to establish the type of solution and functionality that is available and to support the Council in discharge of its statutory duty for the Treatment and Disposal of Waste under Section 51 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA). The Plant is a purpose-built energy from waste facility that provides treatment for up to 118,000 tonnes of municipal waste (including third-party waste) per annum. The primarily function of the plant is to ensure the environmentally compliant incineration of all waste collected by the City of Wolverhampton Council from kerbside collections and house waste and recycling centres (HWRC's). In addition to waste disposal, the plant generates electricity, currently enough power equivalent of 16,000 homes. The plant also processes from commercial customers to maximise capacity and electricity generation.
