Scope as published

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland (ASI) invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary, the Services comprise: Suitably qualified and experienced firm to undertake comprehensive valuations of ASI’s property portfolio currently comprising of fourteen (14) properties located throughout the Republic of Ireland. The Services will include: - Determining appropriate rebuilding / reinstatement costs for insurance purposes from demolition to rebuilding. - Providing valuations and professional advice to support financial reporting requirements under applicable accounting standards. - Identifying any indicators of impairment and providing guidance regarding future valuation requirements. - Establishing a consistent property valuation framework across the ASI portfolio. Optional Tenderers Briefings will be held on the week of 19th October 2026 - interested economic operators are encouraged to attend.

Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – CFT 4022 - Replacement of existing Tallaght Stadium Floodlighting and Generator System with Modern LED Lights, HVO Generator and all Associated Site Works

Tallaght Stadium intends to: • Replace all existing halogen/HID floodlighting equipment with a high-performance LED system and all associated site works. • Replace existing generator with an appropriate capacity HVO generator, all required electrical infrastructure and all associated site works. • Achieve UEFA Category B lighting standards suitable for domestic and European competition requirements. • Provide improved lighting uniformity and visibility for players, officials, supporters, and broadcasters. • Reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. • Minimise long-term maintenance costs through the installation of long-life LED luminaires. • Introduce dimming and lighting control capability for match, training, and event modes. • Ensure seamless operation on both mains electricity and generator supply. • Future-proof the stadium for enhanced broadcast requirements and potential entertainment lighting applications.
