Letter of Invitation Consulting Services Name of Assignment: Hiring Firm/ Agency for Design, Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of Education Management Information System (EMIS) and Integration, Enhancement and Maintenance of Existing Modules in The School Information Management System (SIMS) Maintained by The Directorate of Secondary Education (DoSE), Government of Tripura RFP Reference No.: IN-SSA-563357-CS-QCBS-EMIS Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: P178418 Location and Date: Agartala, Tripura, dated, 30th October 2026 Dear Mr. /Ms.: The Government of Tripura (hereinafter called "Borrower") has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the "Bank") in the form of a "loan" (hereinafter called "loan" ) toward the cost of School Education Component of the Tripura Rural Economic Growth and Service Delivery Project (TRESP) . The Directorate of Secondary Education, Government of Tripura , an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued. The Directorate of Secondary Education, Government of Tripura now invites online proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): Hiring Firm/ Agency for Design, Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of Education Management Information System (EMIS) and Integration, Enhancement and Maintenance of Existing Modules in The School Information Management System (SIMS) Maintained by The Directorate of Secondary Education (DoSE), Government of Tripura . More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).
