British Business Bank (BBB) is seeking to procure a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) comprising cloud hosting and support services, a Drupal-based Content Management System (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Digital Quality Management (DQM), Consent Management Platform (CMP), Digital Experience Optimisation (DXO), and associated security and compliance capabilities. The solution must provide a modern, scalable, secure and integrated platform to support BBB’s external digital estate, enabling improved content management, digital governance, accessibility, privacy compliance, content quality, asset management and user experience. The DXP will provide an integrated platform for managing multiple websites, structured content, digital assets, consent preferences, content quality, accessibility monitoring, analytics and optimisation activity. This set of software services will be backed by human support, technical and account management but will not include creative, design or development services. The Services will initially support BBB's British Business Bank and Start Up Loans websites and must be capable of supporting additional BBB websites, domains and digital channels during the Contract. BBB has a clear strategic vision for its DXP: to consolidate fragmented digital platform services into a single accountable supplier arrangement, reduce operational complexity, improve service performance, and establish a scalable operating model that supports long-term platform stability, security and value for money. The contract is intended to provide a long-term strategic DXP capability, supporting the organisation's evolving digital requirements and objectives. Recognising the pace of technological development and the changing nature of the digital services market, the contract will allow for a degree of flexibility to accommodate emerging technologies, evolving user needs, market developments an opportunities for continuous improvement. National Energy System Operator (NESO) is conducting a procurement to appoint supplier(s) to provide, implement, and manage digital employee experience solutions that support colleague wellbeing, engagement, recognition, and reward. NESO separated from National Grid in October 2024 and inherited as part of the employee contracts flexible benefit and recognition services supported by brokerage and a platform. The procurement is divided into two lots: • Lot 1 - Employee Flexible Benefits Platform Solution and Brokering Services • Lot 2 - Employee Recognition Platform Solution and Services NESO reserves the right to award one supplier per lot or a single supplier for both lots. The successful supplier(s) will be expected to deliver secure, user-friendly, mobile-enabled platforms that provide an exceptional colleague experience whilst supporting NESO's strategic objectives, organisational culture, employee value proposition, and future workforce requirements. Workforce Profile NESO currently employs approximately 2,500 colleagues across the UK, comprising: • Predominantly operational employees. • Office-based support and corporate functions. • Employees located across multiple operational sites and office locations. • One monthly payroll. • Benefits year running from 1st December to 30th November The solutions must therefore be accessible, inclusive, and engaging for a geographically dispersed and diverse workforce.
