NB : Un soumissionnaire peut être attribuaire de plus d'un Lot. La passation du marché sera conduite par mise en concurrence en recourant à un Appel d'Offres National Ouvert (AONO) tel que définie dans le « Règlement de Passation des Marchés de la Banque mondiale pour les Emprunteurs sollicitant le financement des projets d'investissement (FPI) pour les Fournitures, Travaux, Services Autres que des Services de Consultants, révisé en septembre 2025 » et ouvert à tous les soumissionnaires de pays éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement susvisé. Le Dossier d'Appel d'Offres, rédigé en langue française, est disponible : sur la plateforme COLEPS : www.marchespublics.cm et www.publiccontracts.cm ; sur le site de l'ARMP : www.armp.cm ; sur présentation d'une demande écrite adressée au Coordonnateur du Projet VIVA-BENOUE, à l'adresse indiquée ci-dessous, contre le paiement d'une somme non remboursable de cinquante mille (50 000) francs CFA (XAF), représentant les frais d'acquisition du dossier.
