The consulting services ("the Services") will include but not limited to the following key tasks : The TMF will provide comprehensive technical, operational, and implementation support to design, develop, and roll out a structured capacity development program for DYD instructors and Upazila-level Youth Development Officers (YDOs), DDs and ADs, in district level and DYD Headquarters (HQ) officials in line with findings and key recommendations of the TNA and the EARN Project Implementation Roadmap. Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory Criteria) The Department of Youth Development (DYD) invites eligible Consultants (firm) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants (Single Entity/All Partners of JV) should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
