Reference No.: JM-MLSS-564492-CS-INDV The Government of Jamaica/Ministry of Labour & Social Security has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the Social Protection for Increased Resilience and Opportunity (SPIRO) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for an Unemployment Insurance (UI) Benefit Manager Objective of the Consultancy: The primary objective of this consultancy is to manage the transitional phase and UI business operations upon implementation, in accordance with the legislation, project objectives, and stakeholder agreements. Duration of the Consultancy: The consultancy will be full-time for two (2) years in the first instance to commence by November 2026.
