***THIS NOTICE IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY*** NHS Birmingham & Solihull ICB and NHS Black Country ICB are seeking to carry out a market engagement event with those providers with suitable knowledge and experience to provide a Non-Emergency patient transport service for patients in Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. The service will cover a wide range of healthcare premises across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country, with a requirement to carry out cross-place and out of area transport requests as appropriate. It is intended that this service will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with the successful provider working closely with acute, mental health and community healthcare settings to ensure capacity aligns with patient attendance patterns. Further details can be found in the draft service specification with is available to download from the Atamis portal. The ICB has also made activity information available for providers perusal. The ICB intends to hold a market engagement event on Wednesday October 21st October at 0900hrs. Providers are asked to register for the market engagement via the Atamis Health Family Portal. There will be an opportunity for providers to request 1:1 appointments via the questionnaire which will be available on the Atamis portal.

Major Works 2027

Places for People Group Limited (PfP) is establishing a Major Works Framework for the delivery of planned investment works across its housing portfolio. The works will principally comprise the replacement, renewal, installation, repair and associated works relating to: windows, external doors and roofline components; internal components including kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewires; and boilers and heating systems. The scope may also include ancillary and consequential works necessary for the safe and effective delivery of these workstreams, including associated surveys, testing, statutory compliance works, making good and minor remedial works. The Framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and three workstream Lots within each region, creating 33 Lots in total. Requirements, volumes and programmes will vary by region and workstream. Up to three contractors may be appointed to each Lot. The Framework will support PfP's planned investment programmes over its four-year term. The estimated aggregate value is approximately £156 million inclusive of VAT; however, no minimum volume or value of work is guaranteed.
