The contracting Authority ('Authority') in relation to this notice is the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) are seeking to engage with potential suppliers on a significant and strategic procurement covering the delivery of operational analytics to support a broad range of policing-specific use cases. The programme will be known as Unified Operational Analytics (UOA). UOA aims to source an enterprise solution to embed market leading analytical tools and capabilities directly into core operational workflows, rather than point-solutions targeting separate and siloed functions that result in slow change cycles. The solution will need to deliver real time operational insight, advanced analytics, and faster decision making at the point where they have the greatest impact on policing outcomes. Ultimately, providing speed to efficiencies. Technically, the MPS foresee an analytics solution which enables fast back-end integrations, the transformation of data insight by bringing together existing, unlinked data, and improved workflows. The ambition is to enable faster delivery, reduce technical overhead, and ensure analysts can focus on interpreting insights and supporting operational decisions. The following may be considered: • Rapid integration of multiple, diverse, and legacy systems to deliver deeper insight on existing data. • Full data provenance across all processes and outputs. • AI driven efficiency gains through summarisation across operational and analytical workflows. • Streamlined, faster delivery of tools and insights to frontline and operational teams. The MPS are looking at a broad range of technical approaches to providing this business capability and will be interested in any efficient and effective solutions which meet the functional and implementation requirements of the MPS and are within budget constraints. The purpose of the market engagement is to inform a procurement strategy that will be running through early 2027 to award to suppliers who can demonstrate credibility in similar services, either within policing or adjacent industries. This event is the first step in a market engagement process that will request formal detailed inputs from participants to support the development of the procurement strategy. Remote Condition Monitoring Platform

Network Rail owns and runs Britain's rail infrastructure and is committed to providing a world-class network for train companies, freight operators and for passengers. Network Rail maintains, manages and improves every aspect of the infrastructure. Successfully planning and delivering maintenance, enhancements and renewals works to the infrastructure is the key to running a safe, reliable and efficient railway, serving customers and communities. Network Rail is seeking information from the market to support the next evolution of its Remote Condition Monitoring capability, currently known as RADAR. Remote Condition Monitoring is a strategic asset-management capability that enables Network Rail to monitor the health, condition and performance of railway assets remotely, supporting a shift from manual, inspection-led maintenance towards proactive, insight-led intervention. The current RADAR capability has evolved over more than 25 years and is business critical, but the wider estate includes legacy and alternative systems operating in parallel, creating complexity, cost, integration and resilience challenges. The future platform, referred to as RADAR 3, is intended to consolidate and modernise this capability, support national-scale asset condition monitoring, and provide a foundation that can scale into the future Great British Railways operating model. This procurement will be undertaken as an open market exercise using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the objective of procuring an Examinations system application comprising licences, support, and minor configuration. The purpose of this PME is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to platform, software and managed service capabilities available in the market for large-scale, enterprise Remote Condition Monitoring. Specifically, this RFI will look to address the following areas: • Identify existing large-scale IoT, industrial data, asset condition monitoring and alarm management platforms available in the market • Understand the functional and technical capabilities available for data ingestion, real-time historian services, alarm and alert management, asset configuration, visualisation, event replay, analytics, GIS/EAM integration and open API access • Identify indicative commercial models, implementation approaches, operating models, support arrangements and cost drivers for candidate solutions • Identify additional capabilities, delivery considerations, migration approaches and innovation opportunities that Network Rail may not yet have considered, including future Great British Railways interoperability requirements Please note that any content received via response to this RFI will be used purely for information purposes only and will not be deemed as forming part of any proposed bid now, or any potential future tender.

Provision of Management Services: Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential Suppliers within the market, for the provision of management services for the Council's Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant, to establish the type of solution and functionality that is available and to support the Council in discharge of its statutory duty for the Treatment and Disposal of Waste under Section 51 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA). The Plant is a purpose-built energy from waste facility that provides treatment for up to 118,000 tonnes of municipal waste (including third-party waste) per annum. The primarily function of the plant is to ensure the environmentally compliant incineration of all waste collected by the City of Wolverhampton Council from kerbside collections and house waste and recycling centres (HWRC's). In addition to waste disposal, the plant generates electricity, currently enough power equivalent of 16,000 homes. The plant also processes from commercial customers to maximise capacity and electricity generation.
