(Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Country : Ethiopia Name of Project: Ethiopia Food System Resilience Program Contract Title: Supply and Installation Supply and Installation of Integrated Hammer Mills for Agricultural Lime Production (Lime Crusher Machines) including construction facilities Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No .: IDA Credit -71560-ET RFB Reference No .: ET-MOA-510856-GO-RFB The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ethiopia Food System Resilience Program (FSRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Integrated Hammer Mills for Agricultural Lime Production including construction facilities in Oromia, Amhara, and Central Ethiopia Region. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Installation of Three (3) Integrated Hammer Mills (Lime Crusher Machines) including construction facilities for Agricultural Lime Production at Three Selected Sites: Oromia (Toke Kutaye-Guder), Amhara (Mekedela), and Central Ethiopia (Debub Sodo-Kella) Regional States. The delivery of the goods is expected to be five months from the signing of the contract and/or after L/C opening. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services', Seventh Edition, September 2025 (and as updated/revised), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture, Procurement Executive, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm from Mondays to Thursdays, and on Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 5:30pm local time. 8:30AM to 5:30PM at the address given below. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.
