The Association is seeking to appoint an Integrated Design Team (to include a Project Architect (acting as Lead Consultant), Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, Principal Designer and NEC4 Supervisor) for the design and construction of a new social housing project at Clarawood House, Clara Way, Belfast, which is currently programmed to commence on site during the 2027/28 Social Housing Development Programme. The proposed development site is earmarked for transfer to Choice Housing by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The services for the project will incorporate, but are not limited to, site appraisal, assisting the Association with its application for Housing Association Grant, architectural and services design through RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 0 – 4 (including strategy, project brief, concept and developed design, etc.), cost planning and management, services design, civil and structural designs, preparation of contract and tender documents, management of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and health and safety compliance construction stage design management and quality inspections, risk management and administration of all applicable statutory applications (e.g. applications for Planning Permission, etc.). The Integrated Design Team will also provide support services to the Association and NEC4 Project Manager during the construction and post-completion phases. The proposed service is to be undertaken in accordance with all regulatory requirements, such as the Department for Communities’ Housing Association Guide, Choice Housing Design Guide and any appropriate legislative requirements.

Qualified Person Service for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP)

NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide Qualified Person services in support of its portfolio of Investigational Medicinal Product manufacturing projects. The proposed service may include: reviewing and providing regulatory and quality input into selected regulatory submissions; advising on applicable regulatory, Good Manufacturing Practice and quality-compliance requirements for biological and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product manufacturing projects; providing regulatory, GMP and quality input into the design and development of selected manufacturing processes and facilities; reviewing assigned batches and, where all applicable legal, regulatory, GMP, Clinical Trial Authorisation, Product Specification File and NHSBT quality-system requirements have been met, certifying batches for use in approved clinical trials; mentoring selected NHSBT staff undertaking the process of obtaining Qualified Person registration; and providing associated professional, regulatory and quality advice as required. Each Qualified Person proposed by the supplier will be expected to hold and maintain the qualifications, professional eligibility and regulatory status required to act as a Qualified Person for Investigational Medicinal Products in the UK. Proposed personnel should have recent and demonstrable experience of acting as a named Qualified Person on a UK Manufacturing and Import Authorisation for Investigational Medicinal Products, MIA(IMP), and of certifying IMP batches. Experience relating to biological, biotechnology, cell therapy and gene therapy medicinal products may also be required. The current anticipated level of support is approximately 24 to 48 days per year, with at least 50% of the support delivered on NHSBT premises and the remaining support delivered remotely, subject to agreement. The scope and requirements described in this notice are indicative and may be refined following preliminary market engagement.

Public Health Pharmacy Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) Round 9

This notice is in relation to the publish of the onboarding round of the Public Health Pharmacy Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) (Round 9). The service specification set out London Borough of Newham's (LBN) requirements in respect of the provision of public health smoking cessation, sexual health (condom provision and STI screening), needle exchange, naloxone provision and supervised consumption services. Over the life of the Pseudo- Dynamic Purchasing System and in response to identified need and/or policy developments, the Council - in consultation with providers - may add services to the scope of this service specification or amend existing services therein. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tariffs will be reviewed, and potentially amended, by commissioners on an annual basis.
