REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (Consulting Services - Firms Selection) Greater Cairo Air Pollution Management and Climate Change (GCCC) Project Arab Republic of Egypt Ref. No.: EG-EEAA-553218-CS-QCBS Greater Cairo Air Pollution Management and Climate Change (GCCC) Project under the Ministry of Local Development and Environment invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in developing an Integrated Management Information System (MIS) to Support Enhanced Monitoring and Updating of E-Waste Data and Utilization of the uPOPs Tool Kit and E-Waste Calculator for E-Waste Processing Expected Duration: 21 months (15 months for development + 6 months for maintenance). Key Shortlisting Criteria: Proven experience in developing environmental/waste management MIS, government platform integration, projects financed by international partners (World Bank, GEF), and knowledge of Stockholm/Basel Conventions Selection Process: The Consulting Firm will be selected in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. The selection method will be Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) using a Lump-Sum Contract. Submission : Expressions of Interest must be submitted in one (1) original and two (2) copies, together with one (1) soft copy on a USB flash drive, in a written form and delivered in person to the address below, no later than Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 14:00 (Cairo time).
