Scope as published

The Concessionaire will be appointed under a single-party framework agreement and will be responsible for the operation, management and development of the Plaza Café, the University’s Café located in the Glucksman Library Building, together with the provision of associated hospitality catering services. The Concessionaire shall operate the service in accordance with inclusive and supported employment, environmental sustainability and community engagement, while assuming the commercial risk of the operation and complying with all contractual, legislative and University policy requirements.

This is a call off Competition for the Sport Ireland Minor Capital Works Multiparty Framework - Lot 2. The project comprises the construction of a new pedestrian and cyclist gateway connection to the Sport Ireland Campus via the Tolka Gateway route. The works include upgrades to existing pathways, installation of underground utilities, drainage infrastructure, public lighting, CCTV, retaining structures, site access works and associated civil and electrical engineering works. The Works are to be undertaken within an operational campus environment and require careful coordination of access, logistics and stakeholder interfaces.
