Background The Federal Government of Nigeria is implementing the Sustainable Power and Irrigation for Nigeria (SPIN) Project with financing from the World Bank. The Zamfara State SPIN Project intends to apply part of the proceeds of the financing to eligible payments under the consulting assignment described in this notice. 2. Objective of the Assignment The objective, scope of services, expected deliverables, and duration of the assignment will be as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR). Interested consulting firms should review the TOR and ensure that their expressions of interest demonstrate relevant experience and capability. 3. Submission of Expressions of Interest Interested eligible consulting firms are invited to submit Expressions of Interest demonstrating their qualifications and relevant experience for the assignment.
