The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Inclusive Connectivity and Development Project (ICDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Procurement of Design, Supply, and Installation of Land Acquisition Information Management System (LAIMS) for the Road Development Authority of Sri Lanka 2. The Chairperson, Project Procurement Committee on behalf of Inclusive Connectivity and Development Project now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for Procurement of Design, Supply, and Installation of Land Acquisition Information Management System (LAIMS) for the Road Development Authority of Sri Lanka. 3. The procurement process will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" Seventh Edition September 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. General Experience: Bidder should have general experience in Information Technology Contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor or management contractor at least Eight (8) years prior to the bid submission deadline Specific Experience: Participation as a prime supplier, management contractor, JV member, sub-contractor, in at least one (01) ICT contract within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least LKR 30 million, that have been successfully completed. The bidder shall be certified in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 Average Annual Turnover: Minimum required average annual turnover of the successful Proposer in the last five (05) years shall be LKR 300 million.
