The Government of India has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Kerala Solid Waste Management Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards eligible payments under the contract for which this request for quotations is issued. The Secretary, Erattupetta Municipality, Kottayam District, Kerala invites quotations electronically from eligible bidders (from suppliers /vehicle manufacturers/authorized dealers/distributors) for the following goods. Sl. No. Brief Description of the Goods Specifications Quantity & Unit 1. Vehicle chassis and Cabin (Light Commercial Vehicle complying to BS VI Norms, having minimum payload capacity of 1.6-ton. fitted with GPS and portable Fire Extinguisher. Technical Specifications of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). 1 of the container; with rear door arrangement for an easy and safe loading & unloading of NBDW material. 2. The Bidders shall submit an all-inclusive quotation through the online BoQ format. In addition, bidders shall furnish a detailed cost break-up in 'Fin Form 2 (Financial Quotation)', strictly in accordance with the format and requirements specified therein. The quotation shall be based on the specifications provided in Appendix 2 and shall comply with all applicable technical and financial forms included in the bidding document.. 3. This e-Procurement notice includes the terms and conditions applicable to submission of quotations; criteria for qualification, evaluation, and for award of supply order(s); and relevant forms to be filled by the bidders. Implementing Agency has not issued a separate RFQ document for this purchase. The e-Procurement notice including g the terms and conditions etc. can be downloaded free of cost by logging on to the website https://etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app. The bidders would be required to register in the website which is free of cost. 4. For submission of the Quotation, the Bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the Certifying Authorities authorized by Government of India for issuing DSC. Bidders can see the list of licensed CAs from the link (www.cca.gov.in). Bidders who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-procurement in this Project, may obtain the same from the website: https://etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app. Quotations, both Technical Part and Financial Part shall be submitted on https://etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app on or before 15:00 hours on 25.11.2026. Any quotation or modifications to quotation received outside e-procurement system will not be considered. The electronic bidding system would not allow late submission of quotations. The Project Management Consulting Services ("the Services") include: Carrying out the detailed design and preparation of Construction Drawings for various components of civil works and co-ordinate for obtaining approval of the Central Water Commission (CWC) of the Government of India. Reviewing and coordinating with regard to Hydro-mechanical works and associated electrical works for designs and drawings prepared by the Contractors and obtain approval from the CWC. Supervise and Monitor all Civil, Hydro Mechanical (HM) and Electrical Works (EW) and ensure quality control on behalf of Client including assistance in measurements, bill verification, and Contract management and administration.
