The Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) now invites E-Bids from eligible Bidders for: Name of work: Construction of Viaduct and Elevated Stations from Sector 9 Metro Station (exclusive) to Cyber City Metro Station (inclusive) of Gurugram Metro Corridor between Millennium City Centre and Cyber City, Gurugram, India. Construction Period: 30 months . Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. Bidding will be conducted online through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing Seventh Edition September 2025 " ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria: Technical Bid and non-price factors: 50 %; and Financial Bid: 50 %.
