The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of a prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation service at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). DMRC uses an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) approach to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation to the most severely injured SP within defence. One element of this IDT working is the provision of a prosthetic and orthotics service delivered on site. The unit has a purpose built prosthetics and orthotics department with clinical, administrative, manufacturing and workshop capabilities to facilitate the timely delivery of quality care in support of the rehabilitation pathways. This specialist capability shall be provided by an external contractor. The authority is seeking to tender for a 4 -year contract to start on 01 Apr 2027, with the option to extend up to 24 months. Service Requirement The service shall include: • Prosthetic provision post primary amputation, upper and lower limb, often with additional complex needs, • Management of established prosthetic users with complex needs and/or high level demands, • Care of patients with a range of complex orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions requiring orthotic devices. Services are delivered to both inpatients and outpatients on site to minimise timescales and maximise rehab potential. The Contractor shall supply a prosthetic and orthotic management IT system to facilitate service delivery. All staff will require a Disclosure and Barring Service Check and a security check through the National Security Vetting Service. The core hours of clinical delivery on the unit are 0800 – 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0800 – 1330 on a Friday. The provision of routine and emergency appointments will be within normal working hours, there is not an out of hours requirement. Surge Capability In the event of a significant increase in demand, the authority may invoke ‘surge capability’. The contractor will be required to provide additional prosthetist, orthotist and technician capacity within short timescales to manage the higher patient numbers to maintain the level of service and timely clinical delivery.

Network Rail is seeking information from the market to support the next evolution of its Remote Condition Monitoring capability, currently known as RADAR. Remote Condition Monitoring is a strategic asset-management capability that enables Network Rail to monitor the health, condition and performance of railway assets remotely, supporting a shift from manual, inspection-led maintenance towards proactive, insight-led intervention. The current RADAR capability has evolved over more than 25 years and is business critical, but the wider estate includes legacy and alternative systems operating in parallel, creating complexity, cost, integration and resilience challenges. The future platform, referred to as RADAR 3, is intended to consolidate and modernise this capability, support national-scale asset condition monitoring, and provide a foundation that can scale into the future Great British Railways operating model. This procurement will be undertaken as an open market exercise using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the objective of procuring an Examinations system application comprising licences, support, and minor configuration. The purpose of this PME is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to platform, software and managed service capabilities available in the market for large-scale, enterprise Remote Condition Monitoring. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential Suppliers within the market, for the provision of management services for the Council's Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant, to establish the type of solution and functionality that is available and to support the Council in discharge of its statutory duty for the Treatment and Disposal of Waste under Section 51 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA). The Plant is a purpose-built energy from waste facility that provides treatment for up to 118,000 tonnes of municipal waste (including third-party waste) per annum. The primarily function of the plant is to ensure the environmentally compliant incineration of all waste collected by the City of Wolverhampton Council from kerbside collections and house waste and recycling centres (HWRC's). In addition to waste disposal, the plant generates electricity, currently enough power equivalent of 16,000 homes. The plant also processes from commercial customers to maximise capacity and electricity generation.
