The framework agreement is for the provision of plumbing services, mainly hourly services, materials and a combination of these, in Innlandet, mainly Lillehammer. The contracting authority will hold a tender conference for interested suppliers Friday 20 November, 09:00. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, e.g. if planned financing is withdrawn or lacks approval from political or military quarters.

Norway – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Procurement of cleaning services for Kulturtanken and Riksteatret.

Kulturtanken and Riksteatret shall enter into a joint contract for regular cleaning services on the premises at Gullhaug Torg 2B in Oslo. The agreement includes cleaning of approx. 6,230 m² divided in six floors, as well as options for spring cleaning and extraordinary cleaning services. The estimated annual contract value is between NOK 1 million and NOK 1.1 million excluding VAT. The contract will run from 1 February 2027 for two years, with an option for an extension for one year at a time, maximum until 30 June 2033. The total estimated contract value including options is between NOK 6.5 million and NOK 7 million excluding VAT.
