The framework is expected to support a range of operational requirements, including planned investment programmes, repairs and maintenance activities, student accommodation, and residential development projects across England and Scotland. Requirements may include supply-only and supply-and-install solutions, depending on business needs. The framework is anticipated to incorporate various lotting arrangements to support the differing requirements of participating group businesses.
