Lot 2: Design, Supply and Installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Ancillary Equipment at Kaniv HPP, including related services (training of UHE staff) (66 MW BESS capacity). Lot 3: Design, Supply and Installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Ancillary Equipment at Kremenchuk HPP, including related services (training of UHE staff) (60 MW BESS capacity). Lot 4: Design, Supply and Installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Ancillary Equipment at Seredniodniprovska HPP, including related services (training of UHE staff) (25 MW BESS capacity). Source of financing: IBRD Loan No.: 9284-UA; CTF Loan No.: TF0B5994; CTF Loan No.: TF0C5903-UA; and CTF Grant No.: TF-0B5724. Project ID : P176114 RFB reference No .: UHE-IPSR-DSI-1 1. Private Joint Stock Company "Ukrhydroenergo" (PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" or UHE) has received financing from the World Bank (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") toward the cost of the Project "Ukraine - Improving Power System Resilience for European Power Grid Integration (Installation of Hybrid Systems for Electricity Production in Ukrhydroenergo)" and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract. Under this Contract, UHE intends to make payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2. PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" now invites eligible Bidders to submit Bids for the Contract. Bidders can bid for any one lot, more than one lot or all the four lots . The Time for Completion shall be between 420 and 510 calendar days from the Effective Date of the Contract. No credit will be given for early completion, and Bids offering a Time for Completion exceeding 510 days shall be rejected. 3. Prospective Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements: (a) General Experience: Experience in activities related to the design, supply and installation of equipment for energy infrastructure facilities, including generating facilities, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and MV and HV grids, under contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor since at least January 2020. Design and construction experience may be from different contracts. (b) Financial Capabilities : The Bidder shall submit audited balance sheets or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to UHE for the last five (5) fiscal years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position and its prospective long-term profitability. (c) Average Annual Turnover: The Bidder shall demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover for the last three (3) fiscal years as follows: Lot 1 - USD 36 million; Lot 2 - USD 51 million; Lot 3 - USD 46 million; Lot 4 - USD 20 million. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the provision of services for modernization of the automated work system of the IRC (AS «IRC») in terms of creating an electronic office for a practical psychologist of an educational institution . More detailed information is provided in the Terms of Reference. The expected duration of the provision of services is 7 (seven) months from the date of signing the contract. 3. IBRD requires compliance with the Bank's Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4. The participants must meet the following minimum criteria: Statement regarding the Participant's performance of 1 (one) similar contract (including all annexes and supplementary agreements thereto) during the period of 2022-2026; A contract is considered analogous if its subject matter involved the development, support, and maintenance of high-load (up to 5,000 concurrent user sessions) national-level automated educational information and telecommunication systems utilizing web technologies, featuring a Comprehensive Information Protection System (KSZI) (or security authorization in accordance with the requirements of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 712 dated June 18, 2025) and an API protocol for information exchange; such work includes the development of information and telecommunication systems, modernization of automated operational systems, refinement and implementation of new functionality, functional modifications, system updates and alignment with established standards, and, in particular, the enhancement of proper information protection within the system; The Participant must demonstrate the availability of the group of experts with the appropriate qualifications that is minimally necessary for the implementation of the assignment.
