Bu projenin altnda Ordu linde Bolaman Nehri Havzas Rehabilitasyon Projesi ve Yozgat, Sivas, Tokat ve çorum lleri snrlarnda kalan çekerek nehri Havzas Rehabilitasyon Projesi uygulanmaktadr. Projenin amac, Dou Karadeniz ve ç Anadolu bölgelerinde yer alan Bolaman ve çekerek nehri havzalarndaki krsal toplum için entegre peyzaj yönetimini güçlendirmek ve gelimi geçim frsatlarna ve dayankl altyap hizmetlerine eriimi artrmaktr. Proje kapsamnda, gerekli satn alma ve proje uygulamas ile ilgili faaliyetleri yürütmek, gerekli koordinasyonu salamak ve OGM ve dier Uygulayc Kurululara danmanlk salamak üzere Ankara'da OGM' de yerleik Proje Koordinasyon Birimi için bir Satn Alma Uzman istihdam edilecektir. Satn Alma uzman, çekerek Bölgesel Destek Ekibindeki Satn Alma Uzman ile yakn i birlii içerisinde çalarak satn alma süreci boyunca Uygulayc Kurulularn, çekerek Bölgesel Destek Ekibinin ve Uygulayc Kurulularn il/bölge müdürlüklerindeki Bölgesel Uygulama Birimlerinin satn alma yönetimine ilikin hizmetlerine destek verecektir. Görevin kapsam ile danmanda aranacak nitelikleri içeren ayrntl Tanmna aadaki internet adresinden eriilebilir: https://www.ogm.gov.tr/tulip Hizmetlerin Süresi ve Yeri Hizmetler tam zamanl olarak yürütülecektir. Danman, Ankara'da OGM Genel Müdürlüü merkezinde görev yapacaktr. Hizmetlerin, 2026 ylnn üçüncü çeyreinde balamas öngörülmektedir. Sözleme, iki aylk deneme süresi dahil olmak üzere bir yl süreyle geçerli olacak ve OGM' nin ihtiyaçlar, finansman imkanlarnn mevcudiyeti ve Danmann performansna bal olarak uzatlabilecektir. Danmann, sözleme süresi boyunca Bolaman Bölgesel Destek Ekibinin bulunduu Ordu ve Giresun illerine ihtiyaç halinde ayda bir seyahat etmesi beklenmektedir. Metodoloji Uzman; Dünya Bankas, Yatrm Projesi Finansman (IPF) projelerinde harcama yapan borçlu ülkeler için "IPF Borçlularna Yönelik Satn Alma Düzenlemeleri Kasm 2020" rehberliinde istihdam edilecektir. lgilenen adaylarn dikkatine, özellikle Dünya Bankas Satn Alma Düzenlemelerinin; (i) Bölüm III, 3.14, 3.16 ve 3.17 numaral paragraflarnda yer alan çkar çatmasna ilikin hükümler ile (ii) Bölüm III, 3.21-3.24 numaral paragraflarnda yer alan Uygunluk hükümleri ve danmanlk sözlemeleri kapsamnda Borçlu ülkenin kamu görevlileri ve devlet memurlarnn istisnai olarak uygun kabul edilebilmeleri için öngörülen artlar sunulmaktadr. Halihazrda Dünya Bankas tarafndan finanse edilen baka bir projede Satn Alma Danman olarak görev yapan kiiler de bu seçim sürecine katlabilir. Ancak seçilmeleri halinde, teklif edilen sözlemeyi imzalamadan önce, söz konusu projenin uygulamasnda aksama yaanmasn önlemek amacyla, mevcut sözlemelerinin danman tarafndan erken feshedilmesine ilikin hükümler, ihbar süresi de dahil olmak üzere, kapsamnda yer alan yükümlülüklere usulüne uygun ekilde uyduklarn gösteren belgeleri sunmalar gerekecektir. Notice for Bids Country: Türkiye Project Name: Türkiye: Education for Job Market Readiness Project (E4J) Contract Title: Procurement of Backup Software Licenses Loan No./Credit No.: 98940-TR / P510381 RFB Reference No.: GO-C1.1-03.01 The Ministry of National Education (MoNE), General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye: Education for Job Market Readiness Project (E4J) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the "Procurement of Backup Software Licenses." The General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies of the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the "Procurement of Backup Software Licenses." The scope of the procurement includes the supply of licenses for backup software with a minimum usage period of 5 years (60 months), including all updates, with a capacity to support 500 virtual or physical servers, in order to ensure service continuity. Following the signing of the contract, the software shall be delivered, fully operational and ready for use in accordance with the technical specifications, to the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, Emniyet Mahallesi, Milas Sokak, No: 8, Yenimahalle/Ankara/Türkiye, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days . The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - September 2023" ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
