This quotation is for the supply, installation and de-rig of staging, LED screens, PA and Lighting equipment for Derby LIVE Events. **Please note this procurement has been reserved to suppliers with substantive business operations within the administrative boundary of Derby City Council. The Council is committed to supporting local economic growth, community wealth building and increasing opportunities for local businesses to participate in Council procurement activity. This procurement has therefore been reserved to suppliers with substantive business operations within Derby City. For the purposes of this procurement, substantive business operations means a genuine and ongoing business presence within the Derby City Council administrative area from which material business activities are undertaken. A registered office address, correspondence address, mailbox service or virtual office alone will not be considered sufficient.** The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the Procurement Act2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) The contract is estimated to commence on 20th November 2026 and expires on 31st March 2027. The deadline for returns is 12:00 on 11th November 2026. FDIS - Brampton Pump House Remediation - FY2026/27 - Amey Central Region - East

Central Region - East Brief scope of works (subject to confirmation): A specialist inspection has identified significant defects with the existing pumping station, principally relating to the incoming electrical supply, flooding/water ingress, safe access arrangements and the condition of the pumps. 1. Make safe / maintain isolation 2. Resolve the incoming electrical supply 3. Develop a permanent safe-access solution 4. Address flooding and groundwater ingress 5. Remove and inspect both pumps 6. Undertake wet-well remedial works 7. Investigate Inlet No. 2 8. Review ancillary works 9. Recommission only following remedial works Further details on the attached. Amey have been tasked by the DIO through the FDIS to deliver the RAMS for the Central Region. This notice is a call for competition and there may not be a further notice related to this opportunity. For Amey to accept any EoI it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is: • willing to act as Main Cttr; • a Verified member of Constructionline (G), relevant Wk Cat MUST show that Subctt is possible, and the 'BSAct - Std Con' must be Verified; • capable of working in a BIM Level 2; • compliant with DefStan 05-138; • willing to work with Amey to deliver Soc Val to our Client; ideally, complete the Soc Val Goal within the Constructionline platform. DESIRABLE attributes of our Supply Chain: • have a CSR policy; • have a Bus Cont and Disaster Recovery Plan If successful the subcontractor will need to pass a PQQ, sign up to ADS T and C, and meet the MoD Security Requirements. Note 1: The bidder must quote for all aspects of the Works. Note 2: Future works of a similar nature may be negotiated based upon submitted rates. Note 4: For complex projects such as External Wall Insulation installation, Structural works etc. it is a requirement that the bidder must (at Contract Award) carry PI Insurance cover of not less than £1,000,000. Note 5: Those making an EoI will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 i.e. Regulations 57, 58 & 60. ADS expressly reserves the right to require those making an EoI to provide additional information supplementing or clarifying any of the information requested. Note 6: Depending on Amey's annual spend with individual bidders you may be required to either have committed to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), set SBTi approved near-term targets, or Net Zero targets.
