L'objectif général de la mission est de réaliser un diagnostic élargi des 30 Centres d'Enseignement des Métiers (CEM) appuyés par le PACEJ, afin d'analyser les filières existantes et identifier les filières prioritaires à développer ou à renforcer, les besoins en ressources humaines et les référentiels de formation nécessaires à leur mise en œuvre et à l'utilisation efficiente des équipements fournis par le Projet, ainsi que les mesures à proposer pour améliorer l'attractivité, la pertinence et l'efficacité de la formation par alternance dans les CEM. La durée totale d'exécution de la mission est estimée à deux (02) mois calendaires à compter de la date de signature du contrat. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES - FIRMS SELECTION) Georgia Anaklia Rail Hinterland Connectivity Project Assignment Title: Supervision of Design and Build of a Railway and Related Infrastructure Connecting to the Anaklia Deep-Sea Port Reference No. GE-GR-577262-CS-QCBS The Government of Georgia intends to apply for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Project, and JSC Georgian Railway intends to utilize part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for "Design and Build of a Railway and Related Infrastructure Connecting to the Anaklia Deep-Sea Port", as well as for consulting services (the Services). The Services include "Supervision of Design and Build of a Railway and Related Infrastructure Connecting to the Anaklia Deep-Sea Port" . The Project envisages design and construction of a railway line with its supporting infrastructure, electrification, construction of overpasses and underpasses, drainage channels and pipes, construction of a new railway station "Anaklia", construction of Khamiskuri junction, reconstruction of existing railway station "Khobi" and construction of service facilities. The Project territory is located between the village Khamiskuri and the Black Sea from East to West direction. From North it is bordered by the rivers Jumi and Enguri, from South - by the villages of Khobi municipality: Tsvane, Mogiri and Torsa. Eastern (about 4km) and Western (about 9km) parts of the territory are uninhabited. Its middle part (about 4km) is populated (the villages: Ergeta, Didi Nedzi and Orulu). The railway line starts at Khamiskuri and ends near the Port area in Anaklia. The total length of the line is approximately 17.74km. The Government of Botswana is currently developing renewable energy projects at several pre-selected sites. The Project and Energy Development Unit (PEDU) under the Ministry of Minerals and Energy (the Client) is responsible for the development of these projects. A feasibility consultant has identified a proposed site for a wind farm based on a multi-criteria assessment considering preliminary wind resource data, transmission infrastructure, land use and ownership, and preliminary environmental and social considerations. The Wind Measurement Campaign will support the development of a proposed 100MW wind farm located north of Letlhakane, Botswana. The final coordinates and boundaries of the area to be investigated will be confirmed by the Client prior to commencement of the assignment. SCOPE OF WORK The Client is seeking a qualified and experienced consulting firm to undertake Wind Measurement Campaign to support the pre-development of the proposed 100MW wind farm. The assignment will include preliminary site-wide wind measurement campaign and, subsequently, location-specific investigations based on the preliminary wind farm layout. The detailed scope, investigation areas, technical requirements and deliverables will be set out in the Terms of Reference provided at the next stage of the selection process. QUALIFICATIONS PEDU invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisting criteria are: Core Business: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience undertaking wind resource measurement campaigns and energy yield assessments for wind farm development. Demonstrated experience in satisfactorily completing wind resource measurement campaigns, including met mast installation, commissioning, and data acquisition/validation, for utility-scale wind energy projects. Experience with ground-based or nacelle-mounted LiDAR remote sensing is an added advantage. Demonstrated experience in undertaking wind resource assessment and energy yield assessment for a minimum of ten (10) utility-scale wind farm projects globally, with a minimum cumulative assessed capacity of 500 MW, and at least two (2) utility-scale wind farm projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Consultant shall demonstrate experience working on assignments financed by International Financial Institutions (IFIs), and its eligibility including but not limited to meeting the debarment and sanctions standard, financial and commercial capability and fiduciary and system compliance. REPUBLIC OF TüRKYE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANISATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF CONSTRUCTION AFFAIRS Internationally Financed Seismic Retrofitting Department SEISMIC RESILIENCE AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS PROJECT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (JUNIOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS / IT ASSISTANT) (Ref: WB/INDV-IT-01) The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization has received financing from the World Bank for the cost of the Seismic Resilience and Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings Project (SREEPB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. General Directorate of Construction Affairs (GDCA) of The Ministry of Environment Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) will serve as the main implementing agency for the Project. The overall objective of the Project is to improve the disaster resilience and energy savings in selected central government buildings, and to strengthen the policy framework and institutional capacity to develop, finance and implement resilient and sustainable public buildings in Türkiye. The implementation period for the project is 6 years. The consulting service ("the Services") includes the hiring of a full-time Junior Information Systems / IT Assistant (WB/INDV-IT-01) to support the GDCA's Project Implementation Unit. The selected consultant is expected to be awarded with a one-year renewable contract.
