Sous la supervision directe du Coordonnateur National et en collaboration avec l'Expert National en Développement Social du PNDA, le Consultant Individuel à recruter est chargé d'effectuer la mission susmentionnée. Les Termes de Référence (TDR) de la mission du Consultant sont disponibles à l'adresse ci-dessous. Le Programme National de Développement Agricole invite les Candidats admissibles, Consultants Individuels à manifester leurs intérêts à fournir les services décrits ci-dessus. The Ministry of Health (MoH) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for procurement of Non Contact Tonometer for 2,962 units (Lot 1), 3,148 units (Lot 2) and 2,675 units (Lot 3) that will be delivered, installed at several locations including training, operational support and maintenance services. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistung zur Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGe-Koordination) für die Teilbaumaßnahmen a) Sanierung des Ratssaales b) Umgestaltung des Forumsplatzes c) Rathaus der Bürgerschaft a) Sanierung des Ratssaales Die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel plant die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Ratssaales. Der Ratssaal umfasst insgesamt zwei Geschosse (Eingangs- und Erdgeschoss) mit einer Grundfläche von rd. 765 m². Im Eingangsgeschoss befinden sich eine Ausstellungsfläche / Rundgang sowie der Tribünenbereich des Ratssaales. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der eigentliche Ratssaal (rd. 170 m²) sowie diverse Lager-/Technikräume, Sanitäreinrichtungen und eine Teeküche. Ergänzend erfolgt auch eine Sanierung der benachbarten Bereiche, wie die WCs im Verbindungsgang zum Rathaus. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die energetische, funktionale und technische Ertüchtigung des Gebäudes auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik unter strikter Wahrung des historischen Erscheinungsbildes. b) Umgestaltung des Forumsplatzes Der Forumsplatz am Ensemble Stadtmittelpunkt soll unter Berücksichtigung des Denkmalschutzes sowie dem behutsamen Umgang mit dem baukulturellen Erbe Arne Jacobsens und Otto Weitlings zukunftsfähig umgestaltet werden. Auf Grundlage eines im freiraumplanerischen Wettbewerb erarbeiteten Vorentwurfs soll die Maßnahme entwickelt und umgesetzt werden. Im Zuge der Maßnahme ist neben der Neugestaltung der Forumsfläche auch die Ertüchtigung des Platzunterbaus (Tiefgarage) ebenfalls notwendig. Abgerundet wird die Gesamtmaßnahme durch den Bau einer Aufzuganlage aus der Tiefgarage auf die Forumsfläche im Bereich des öffentlichen Treppenaufgangs A/B westlich des Ratssaaltraktes. c) Rathaus der Bürgerschaft Das Gebäude des Rathauses setzt sich aus insgesamt fünf in sich abgeschlossenen Blöcken (Blöcke A bis E) mit jeweils einer Länge von 45 m und fünf Etagen zusammen und wird im Innenbereich des Forumsplatzes durch den Ratssaal ergänzt, der unterirdisch im untersten Geschoss von Block B direkt an das Rathausgebäude angebunden ist. Eine Einheit des Rathauses, d.h. eine Etage eines Blockes hat eine Fläche von 460 m². In diesem Zusammenhang soll eine Transformation der westlichen Rathaus-Blöcke A und B mit einer BGF von rd. 4.600 m² über fünf Etagen zu einem modernen "Rathaus der Bürgschaft" erfolgen. Die funktionale Umgestaltung zum Rathaus der Bürgschaft beschränkt sich allerdings lediglich auf die Blöcke A und B. Die Umgestaltung soll mehr Bürgernähe und -Freundlichkeit gestatten, bürgerschaftliche Nutzungen von Räumlichkeiten ermöglichen und einen zeitgemäßen Arbeitsort mit an aktuelle Anforderungen angepassten Arbeitsplätzen schaffen. Die Blöcke A und B des Rathauses sollen unter den Rahmenbedingungen des Denkmalschutzes (kern)saniert werden. Barrierefreiheit, Energieeffizienz sowie funktionale Effizienz, die z.B. kurze Wege und mehr Bürgerservice beinhalten, sollen angedacht werden. Leistungsbeschreibung Die ausgeschriebene Leistung zur Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGe-Koordination) während der Planung der Ausführung und während der Ausführung des Bauvorhabens ist gemäß Baustellenverordnung (BaustellV) sowie insbesondere der Konkretisierungen nach RAB 10 (Begriffsbestimmungen), RAB 30 (geeigneter Koordinator), RAB 31 (Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplan), RAB 32 (Unterlage für spätere Arbeiten) und RAB 33 (allgemeine Grundsätze) durchzuführen.
