The Project is designed to support the government's priorities of strengthening the power grid and energy efficiency, while promoting cost-effective demand-side energy management to ensure energy stability, system resilience, and affordability. To achieve these outcomes, the proposed Project aims to significantly: (i) strengthen power transmission and distribution infrastructure to increase capacity, enhance reliability; (ii) expand access to modern electricity services in remaining unelectrified rural areas; and (iii) implement energy efficiency and demand-side management measures across industrial and residential sectors. By strengthening power infrastructure for VRE integration while improving energy productivity, the proposed Project will reduce system costs, increase new or improved access to energy, and strengthen industrial competitiveness. Doing both investment components together will position Cambodia for a more resilient, export-ready, and energy-secure economy. The selected Consultant will support Project Management Unit of EDC to roll out preparation activities needed for EDC towards project approval by Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC). The Consultant will coordinate with EDC and other concerned government institutions to attain clearance and approval by government as necessary for negotiations, signing of legal agreement, and effectiveness of CSET. Background Troms County needs to establish a new framework agreement for the ongoing procurement of signs with accompanying equipment for the county road network in Troms. The framework agreement shall cover ongoing needs connected to ordinary operation and maintenance, replacement of injured or missing signs and temporary signs for road works, and contribute to more predictable and quicker access to signs covered by the contract. The objective of the procurement is to ensure uniform ordering routines, stable security of deliveries, products with documented quality and a more efficient ordering and follow-up process. The framework agreement shall allow the county to cover both planned and urgent needs in a proper and practical way. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the delivery of standard road signs for use on county road in Troms, including signs for ordinary replacement, maintenance and temporary use in road works. The delivery shall cover several categories of signs, including danger signs, ban signs, signposts, information signs, as well as street and road display signs. The delivery also includes the necessary accessories and assembly equipment, including fasteners, post clamps and systems for setting up temporary signs. Furthermore, documentation shall be entered into that demonstrates that the products fulfil relevant requirements for, among other things, conformity, reflective class and shelf life. The contract also includes an option for the delivery of digital signs and the accompanying Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) systems. The contracting authority reserves the right, but not the obligation, to use this option in the contract period. A system is requested that enables simple and uniform ordering across operational areas, with standardised products and clear marking. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie odbierania i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych, wskazanych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Bobrowniki, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych wraz z dostarczaniem mieszkańcom worków do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych. Realizacja zamówienia odbywać się będzie zgodnie z powszechnie obowiązującym prawem oraz aktami prawa miejscowego. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do wykonywania wszystkich obowiązków zawartych w postanowieniach SWZ i Umowy, a także zachowania należytej staranności w trakcie całego okresu realizacji zamówienia.
