Le pouvoir adjudicateur dispose de deux datacenters dont l'infrastructure physique a été entièrement rénovée. Dans le cadre de cette rénovation, le câblage réseau structuré, comprenant les câbles de brassage, les panneaux de brassage, les cassettes et les accessoires associés, a été remplacé. L'environnement du datacenter existant comprend environ 78 racks. L'infrastructure de câblage structurée existante se compose principalement de composants de marque Reichle & De Massari AG et comprend notamment : • câblage U/FTP CAT 6A en cuivre; • câblage à fibres optiques multimodes; • câblage à fibre optique monomode; • Câblage MPO; • panneaux de brassage, cassettes, connecteurs et accessoires associés ; • systèmes de guidage et de gestion des câbles ; • composants qui s'intègrent à un système de gestion d'infrastructure automatisé pour la couche réseau physique. Les datacenters sont également équipés de PDU en rack de la gamme Schneider Electric APC et des câbles d'alimentation verrouillables associés. Les modifications apportées à l'infrastructure, les remplacements, les extensions et les nouveaux projets de réseau créent régulièrement un besoin de câblage supplémentaire, de câbles de brassage, de PDU, de câbles d'alimentation et d'accessoires. L'infrastructure existante doit rester opérationnelle et les composants nouvellement livrés doivent être certifiés interopérables avec l'infrastructure existante. Les normes d'infrastructure du pouvoir adjudicateur prévoient également l'utilisation de câblage UTP CAT 6A, de câblage monomode OS1/OS2 et de fibre multimode au sein de l'environnement du réseau et du datacenter. 2.2. Description To-Be Le pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite conclure un accord-cadre avec un acteur du marché approprié pour la livraison à la demande et, le cas échéant, l'installation, la connexion, les tests et la certification du câblage physique du datacenter, des PDU, des câbles d'alimentation et des accessoires associés. Le futur accord-cadre doit permettre au pouvoir adjudicateur de répondre rapidement et de manière techniquement maîtrisée : • des modifications et des extensions de l'infrastructure du datacenter existante, tout en maintenant la compatibilité et l'interopérabilité avec l'infrastructure existante, notamment : o trunks existants ; o panneaux de brassage existants ; o accessoires existants. La future mission comprendra : 1. Câblage horizontal La fourniture et l'installation de câblage en cuivre, fibre optique et MPO entre racks, aussi bien via des systèmes préfabriqués que via des systèmes où câble et cassette sont fournis séparément et connectés sur site. 2. Câblage vertical La fourniture de câbles de brassage et d'autres composants de câblage pour connecter les équipements informatiques au sein des racks, y compris les versions standard, slimline ou fine. 3. Composants et accessoires de câblage La fourniture de panneaux de brassage, cassettes, connecteurs, adaptateurs, systèmes de gestion des câbles, étiquettes et autres pièces associées. 4. PDU et câbles d'alimentation La fourniture de PDU en rack, y compris les versions monophasées et triphasées, et les câbles d'alimentation verrouillables associés. 5. Installation, tests et certification Réaliser les travaux d'installation, de mesure et de test, fournir des rapports de test et d'étalonnage, certifier le câblage installé et fournir la documentation conforme à l'exécution. 6. Assistance technique Fournir un support technique et une expertise pour les changements, les incidents, les problèmes et les projets futurs dans l'environnement du datacenter. La future solution doit se connecter techniquement et fonctionnellement à l’infrastructure existante. The purpose of this announcement is to encourage investigators to pursue translational activities and clinical feasibility studies to advance the development of therapeutic, and diagnostic devices for disorders that affect the nervous or neuromuscular systems. Activities supported in this program include implementation of clinical prototype devices, non-clinical safety and efficacy testing, design verification and validation activities, obtaining an Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) for a Significant Risk (SR) study or Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval for a Non-Significant Risk (NSR) study, as well as a subsequent clinical feasibility study. The clinical study is expected to provide information about the device function or final design that cannot be practically obtained through additional non-clinical assessments (e.g., bench top or animal studies) due to the novelty of the device or its intended use. This FOA is a milestone-driven cooperative agreement program and will involve participation of NIH program staff in negotiating the final project plan before award and monitoring of research progress. Participants in Blueprint MedTech receive funding for all activities to be conducted in their own laboratories. In addition, applicants will collaborate with NIH-funded consultants to receive assistance with specialty areas including regulatory, reimbursement, intellectual property, commercialization, and strategic partnerships. Participants can also augment their project with NIH contract research organizations that specialize in large animal testing, sterilization testing, biocompatibility assessment, manufacturing, and medical monitoring. Individuals, institutions, or businesses developing their own devices or that already have established collaborations with device manufacturers are welcome to apply directly to this NOFO or any of the companion opportunities. The ARO is soliciting proposals for Staff Research Program opportunities. The purpose of the program is to enable ARO scientific staff to maintain and expand professional competence in support of fulfilling the ARO mission through the conduct of hands-on, basic research. The staff research will be performed collaboratively with institutions external to ARO. Staff research efforts will involve scientific study directed toward advancing the state-of-the-art or increasing knowledge and scientific understanding in engineering, physical, life and information sciences, when there is an intersection with the interests and capabilities of the participating external institutions in these basic research areas. Protection of Mission Integrity: The primary role of the ARO scientific staff is to objectively assess and fund extramural research at numerous institutions across the U.S. and throughout the world. Since it is vitally important that the ARO be impartial in its actions, ARO scientists cannot engage in activities that could compromise the perceived objectivity of that scientist with respect to the institution, or with respect to the areas of science/engineering that they are responsible for as Program Managers. Consequently, ARO Program Managers will be disqualified from taking official actions regarding any institution at which that PM conducts Staff Research. Staff research will be conducted, directed and managed by an ARO scientist at the institution's laboratory facilities or field research sites, in collaboration with a PI designated by the institution. ARO scientists will not be named as a PI on any proposal or resulting award. Results of the Staff Research Program may include publication or co-authorship of research results and presentation at scientific forums, and contribute to the education and training of students, in accordance with the terms of the cooperative agreement. NOTE: ARO scientific staff will seek out a collaborating institution to engage in staff research as opportunities arise and at the discretion of ARO.
