OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT The overall objective of the assignment is to strengthen strategic communication in support of Zambia's broader devolution agenda, with particular emphasis on reforms, activities and results facilitated through the ZDSP. The assignment will also support the development of sustainable institutional communication capacity within MLGRD, relevant Implementing Agencies and Local Authorities. The Communications Specialist will provide strategic and technical support to ensure that communication: enhances understanding of devolution reforms; manages communication and reputational risks; strengthens trust and stakeholder participation; improves coordination and message coherence; strengthens citizen engagement and feedback mechanisms; and establishes communication systems, tools and skills that can be sustained beyond the assignment. 3. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT The Communications Specialist will provide strategic advisory and technical support to strengthen communication and stakeholder engagement for Zambia's broader devolution agenda, with particular focus on ZDSP-supported reforms and results. La République du Burundi a obtenu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour couvrir le coût du Projet pour l'Emploi et la Transformation Economique (PRETE) , et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant de ce don pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat suivant : « Audit externe du Fonds d'Impulsion, de Garantie et d'Accompagnement société mixte (FIGA sm) et du Fonds de Garantie Partielle de Portefeuille (FGPP) ». Les services de consultants (« les services ») consistent à réaliser l'audit externe conforme aux normes internationales et exprimer une opinion professionnelle sur le fonctionnement et la situation financière (i) du FIGA sm, (ii) du FGPP, et (iii) audit technique du FGPP et des Institutions Financières Participantes (IFP) pour s'assurer que les ressources mises à la disposition du FIGA sm, FGPP et IFP sont utilisées aux fins pour lesquelles elles ont été octroyées et conformément aux exigences du projet PRETE , ainsi qu'à (iv) préparer les lettres de confirmations requise pour le décaissement des FGPP dans le cadre des trois tranches de PBC2 et de veiller au respect des directives de la Banque Mondiale et des exigences du projet PRETE pour le FGPP telles que spécifiées dans les documents respectifs. Les objectifs spécifique de la mission s'articulent à travers les points essentiels ci-après : (i) Obtenir une assurance raisonnable que les états financiers ne comportent pas d'anomalies significatives, qu'elles soient dues à la fraude ou à l'erreur, (ii) Obtenir une opinion permettant d'établir que les états financiers du FIGA sm ont été préparés, dans tous les aspects significatifs conformément au référentiel d'information financière applicable dans la République du Burundi et les exigences de la Banque mondiale, (iii) Obtenir une assurance raisonnable que les livres de comptes constituent la base de la préparation des états financiers du FIGA sm, et sont établies pour refléter les opérations financières et que les contrôles internes adéquats ont été instaurés, tout en conservant les pièces justificatives des opérations, (iv) Exprimer une opinion professionnelle indépendante sur la situation financière du FIGA sm et FGPP, (v) Produire un rapport sur les états financiers du FIGA sm et FGPP, et communiquer ses propres conclusions comme requis par les normes internationales d'audit et les exigences de la Banques mondiales, (vi) réaliser un audit technique et vérifier la conformité du FGPP, du FIGA sm et des IFP aux dispositions et exigences du projet PRETE, et (vii) rédiger les lettres de vérification pour confirmer le respect des exigences de la Banque mondiale conformément aux exigences relatives au décaissement des trois tranches du PBC2. Specific Procurement Notice Country: Türkiye Project Title: Türkiye: Education for Job Readiness Project (E4J) Contract : Procurement of 5,000 3D Printers Loan No. / Credit No.: 98940-TR / P510381 RFB Reference No.: GO-C1.1-04.01 The Ministry of National Education (MoNE), General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies (YETEK), has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye: Education for Job Readiness (E4J) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for "Procurement of 5,000 3D Printers". The Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the "Procurement of 5,000 3D Printers". Under the scope of the assignment, all of the 5,000 3D printers and 15,000 kg of filament shall be delivered operational / ready for use to the schools listed in the bidding document in accordance with the technical specifications within a maximum of 120 days following the signing of the contract.
