The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Purchase Order(s) "PO"/ Contract Agreement(s) for Procurement of End-User Computing Hardware, Software, and Office Printing Equipment. Quotations for (single item or) items fewer than what is required/ covered under each Lot as tabulated below will not be accepted and evaluated. However, quotations may be submitted for one or any number of 'Lots' complete in all aspects as follows. The evaluation and award of individual PO will be on the basis of 'Lots'. Les Termes de Référence (TDR) détaillés relatif à la mission de l'Ingénieur Civil BTP font partie intégrante du présent avis d'appel à manifestations d'intérêt et sont joints en annexe à celui-ci. Le Ministère de l'Urbanisme et Habitat, agissant à travers la Cellule de Coordination des Projets d'Urbanisme (CPU), avec l'appui de l'UG-PURUK invite les consultants indiviuels, à manifester leur intérêt pour la prestation des services décrits ci-dessus. Les candidats intéressés doivent fournir les informations démontrant qu'ils possèdent les qualifications et l'expérience requises. Les critères de présélection sont les suivants : Formation académique : Être titulaire au minimum d'un diplôme universitaire de niveau BAC+5 (ingéniorat, master ou équivalent) en génie civil, bâtiment et travaux publics, ou toute discipline similaire ; Une formation complémentaire en gestion de projets, en ingénierie des infrastructures urbaines ou en gestion des contrats de travaux constitue un atout. Expérience professionnelle : Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle générale d'au moins sept (07) ans dans le domaine du génie civil ou des bâtiments et travaux publics ; Justifier d'au moins de cinq (05) ans d'expérience spécifique dans la gestion et le suivi de projets d'infrastructures financés par des bailleurs de fonds internationaux (Banque mondiale, BAD, UE, etc.) ; Une expérience du suivi de travaux d'infrastructures urbaines (voirie, drainage, équipements collectifs) en RDC ou en Afrique subsaharienne constitue un atout majeur. The Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Transport Corridors for Economic Resilience (TRACER) Project. 2. The Consulting Services ("the Services") comprise the design of the SMART Corridor System for the Lusaka-Nakonde section of the Dar es Salaam Corridor and the preparation of the associated tender documentation. The system includes four pillars: Corridor Monitoring, Traffic Manage-ment, Trade Facilitation and Road Safety. 3. Duration of Assignment: The assignment is expected to be undertaken within a period of twelve (12) calendar months from contract commencement. The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), on behalf of GRZ, now invites eligible Consulting Firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information, with supporting documents, demonstrating that they have the re-quired qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. 5. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) Experience in similar assignments - successful execution of similar contracts (by size and complexity). The firm shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in the Planning, Design or Implementation of Intelligent Transport Systems, Corridor Modernisa-tion or Comparable Multi-Agency Technology Programmes, and shall have completed, within the last seven (7) years, at least three (3) assignments of a similar nature and comparable complexity. For each assignment, state its name, the client's name and full contact address, the contract value in equivalent United States Dollars and the dates of execution. (ii) Experience in similar conditions. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa is not mandatory but is an added advantage. (iii) Technical and managerial capability of the firm - the structure of the Organisation, the Gen-eral Qualifications of Staff and the number of Key Staff only.
