The contracting Authority ('Authority') in relation to this notice is the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) are seeking to engage with potential suppliers on a significant and strategic procurement covering the delivery of operational analytics to support a broad range of policing-specific use cases. The programme will be known as Unified Operational Analytics (UOA). UOA aims to source an enterprise solution to embed market leading analytical tools and capabilities directly into core operational workflows, rather than point-solutions targeting separate and siloed functions that result in slow change cycles. The solution will need to deliver real time operational insight, advanced analytics, and faster decision making at the point where they have the greatest impact on policing outcomes. Ultimately, providing speed to efficiencies. Technically, the MPS foresee an analytics solution which enables fast back-end integrations, the transformation of data insight by bringing together existing, unlinked data, and improved workflows. The ambition is to enable faster delivery, reduce technical overhead, and ensure analysts can focus on interpreting insights and supporting operational decisions. The following may be considered: • Rapid integration of multiple, diverse, and legacy systems to deliver deeper insight on existing data. • Full data provenance across all processes and outputs. • AI driven efficiency gains through summarisation across operational and analytical workflows. • Streamlined, faster delivery of tools and insights to frontline and operational teams. The MPS are looking at a broad range of technical approaches to providing this business capability and will be interested in any efficient and effective solutions which meet the functional and implementation requirements of the MPS and are within budget constraints. The purpose of the market engagement is to inform a procurement strategy that will be running through early 2027 to award to suppliers who can demonstrate credibility in similar services, either within policing or adjacent industries. This event is the first step in a market engagement process that will request formal detailed inputs from participants to support the development of the procurement strategy. The event is being facilitated by TechUK, and to register for this event please go to; https://www.techuk.org/what-we-deliver/events/metropolitan-police-service-unified-operational-analytics-uoa-preliminary-market-engagement-event-1.html Attendance at the event will require signature of a standard NDA between the MPS and your organisation by Wednesday 23 September at the very latest, which will be facilitated directly between MPS Commercial teams and yourself. Due to the nature of the content of this procurement, signature of this standard NDA (i.e. no amendments) is a prerequisite for your company's attendance at this event. Please note that by registering to attend this session you consent to your name, email address and organisation being shared with the MPS for the sole purpose of administering and delivering this event. Please also note, there will be a limit of one physical attendee per organisation at the event in London, but more attendees can attend virtually. Indicative Scope We are seeking suppliers who have experience in providing the following types of services: • UK Sovereign data and analytics services, within policing or adjacent industries. • Data, AI & Analytics capabilities and services that support complex work and high volumes of data to drive business process efficiency, decision support and improved productivity • Data connections to a wide range of structured and unstructured data sources to deploy Data, AI & Analytics capabilities • An evidential model which can deliver at pace - working collaboratively with the MPS business to deliver the outcomes required • A solution which can deli…
Guy's and St Thoma's NHS Foundation Trust (Contracting Authority) is undertaking this procurement to appoint a Service Provider to enter into an MSA for the provision of Radiopharmacy manufacturing services, delivered through a Hub and Spoke operating model. The Trust’s existing Radiopharmacy Unit, located at Guy’s Hospital (the “Spoke”), provides highly specialised diagnostic, therapeutic and research support to Nuclear Medicine and other clinical services within the GSTT, Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. Radiopharmacy services are integral to a wide range of patient pathways, including diagnostic imaging, cancer diagnosis and treatment, clinical trials and research activity. Demand for radiopharmaceuticals is expected to continue to increase in line with advances in imaging, personalised medicine and oncology pathways. The Contracting Authority’s existing facilities are constrained by physical space, ageing infrastructure and regulatory limitations, which restrict capacity and prevent expansion. The Contracting Authority has therefore determined that an MSA represents the most appropriate mechanism to deliver a new, off site, GMP compliant Radiopharmacy Hub, while retaining a reduced on site Spoke function during the initial phase of service delivery. This approach will enable increased production capacity, improved resilience of supply, enhanced regulatory compliance and long-term sustainability. The Trust intends to implement the Hub and Spoke model through a phased delivery approach. Upon contract award the appointed Service Provider will be responsible for the design and fit-out of the Hub during the first year of the MSA/Contract. During the second year, the Service Provider shall obtain all relevant regulatory licenses with the commencement of services initiating Phase 1 of the Hub starting in the third year. During this phase, the existing Spoke at Guy’s Hospital will continue to provide defined on site radiopharmacy functions to support clinical continuity, resilience and safe transition to the new operating model. These timings are estimates and Tenderers are required to provide a detailed mobilisation as part of their response to Questionnaire 3: Technical and Social Value Questionnaire). At the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, Phase 2 may be initiated, to transfer additional manufacturing activities from the Spoke to the Hub once the Hub is fully operational, stable and licensed. Phase 2 is not guaranteed and will only be implemented following an initial period from service commencement. Any decision to proceed with Phase 2 will be subject to performance, regulatory and operational readiness criteria as set out in Document 2: Managed Service Agreement). Further detail on the phasing of Services and associated TUPE arrangements is provided in Section 6.6 and the Document 2: Managed Service Agreement). The MSA and procurement documentation have been structured to accommodate this potential future phase in a transparent and compliant manner. This ITT therefore seeks Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations capable of designing, establishing, licensing and operating the Radiopharmacy Hub and working in partnership with the Contracting Authority over the life of the Contract. The scope of Services, phased delivery arrangements and contractual requirements are set out within the ITT Pack, including Document 2: Managed Service Agreement (MSA).
The Council procured and established a framework of providers, which commenced 1st September 2026, for the delivery of residential and nursing care home services for adults aged 65 and over who have been assessed by the Council as having needs for care and support under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983. In line with section x and xvii of the ITT Procurement Pack and Terms and conditions, Schedule 5 - Operation Of Framework And Mini-Competition Process, this procurement is a re-opening of the Framework Agreement to invite new service providers to submit a Tender with a view to new service providers joining the Framework with Commencement Date of 15th February 2027. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have already been awarded to the IA3668 Residential And Nursing Care Home Services For Adults Aged 65 And Over Framework Agreement which has a Commencement Date of 1st September 2026 you do not need to submit or re-submit a Tender. The Framework is primarily aimed at individuals whose ordinary residence is within Staffordshire (which excludes Stoke on Trent). However, all Placement's will be made based on individual assessed needs, aligned to appropriate legislation, and will be within a reasonable distance, usually up to twenty (20) miles from the Resident's usual place of residence, as detailed in the Council's Choice Policy, unless the Resident chooses a care home outside the 20-mile radius. Where there are no Placements within a reasonable distance that can meet the Resident's assessed needs, the Council will consider locations outside of the reasonable distance. Schedule 1 (the Specification) of the Framework Agreement sets out the minimum requirements a Service Provider must follow when delivering Services to Residents whose needs fall under the designated Lots of: • Lot 1 - Residential for Older People • Lot 2 - Residential for Older People with Dementia • Lot 6 - Nursing for Older People • Lot 7 - Nursing for Older People with Dementia The Service Provider must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver residential and/or nursing care for Residents aged 65 and over. The Service Provider must also hold registrations for other care category specialisms to meet both primary and secondary needs of Residents, making this clear in their statement of purpose. If a Resident has multiple care needs, their primary need decides the Lot they are placed under. Needs may change over time, so the Council expects the Service Provider to be flexible either by meeting changing needs or ensuring a smooth transfer to another service provider if needed. The Service Provider must accept referrals for all types of Care Home stays which include: • Long Stay: A placement within a residential or nursing care Home where the intention is that the Placement shall be the Resident's permanent residence. • Temporary Stay: An individual who needs to stay in a residential or nursing care home for (i) a limited period where there is a plan to return to their own home (ii) a period of further assessment. The stay should be unlikely to exceed fifty-two (52) weeks. • Respite Stay: A short stay in a residential or nursing Care Home for someone normally cared for at their own home, giving their carer a temporary break usually up to eight (8) weeks. Respite stays can be both planned and unplanned. An unplanned respite stay is where respite care is required within twenty-four (24) hours to support carer crisis. Care home provision for 18 - 65 year olds will be the subject of a separate procurement exercise. The Choice Policy requires the Council to source a care home placement that meets the assessed eligible needs within a reasonable distance of the person's usual place of residence, and the Indicative Personal Budget will be determined by the most cost-effective placement that can meet those needs. When developing the tender documents the Council has taken regards to the key objectives set out in the Procurement Act 2023: a. delive…

Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) is seeking to procure school improvement review services to lead 1-day onsite education quality assurance reviews (assisted by BDAT senior colleagues) across the 21 BDAT academies, all of which are located within the Bradford Local Authority area. The purpose of the reviews are: • To provide independently verified education insights into the progress and performance of each of our academies and to give support and challenge to enable further school improvement. • To ensure appropriate support & challenge, which drives holistic improvement in relation to the school and MAT professional challenge and feedback. • To provide a professional development opportunity for BDAT school leaders to undertake external reviews to support development of wider educational knowledge and experience and to share effective practice across the MAT. • The reviews form a pillar of the MAT Quality Assurance and Evaluation oversight providing independent education insight. Each review is anticipated to take approximately two days including half a day preparation, one day on site conducting the quality assurance review and half a day to produce a summary report for the school, Trust leaders, governors and Trustees. Cross phase tender submissions for all 21 academy reviews are encouraged. However, BDAT reserves the right to award the contract as a single requirement or to divide the requirement into Lots structured by school phase, comprising a Primary Schools Lot and a Secondary Schools Lot.
