Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has a requirement at Lee Valley VeloPark, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Abercrombie Road, London, E20 3AB for the refurbishment of existing rooflights to the main roof structure. The roof construction is a unique design featuring prefabricated cassettes fitted together over a cable net structure below. The roof has the ability to flex and move in different weather scenarios. The roof comprises 8no. rows of rooflights stretching from East to West and is now some 16 years old, and as such some of the rooflights are beginning to allow water ingress through the gaskets. The glazing to the rooflights appears to be intact and the problems lie with the pressure gaskets.

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a greater Lincolnshire based housing association created in April 2018. LHP is a charity regulated as a Community Benefit Society and a not for profit housing provider regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. LHP’s Data and Technology Strategy 2026–2029 sets out LHP’s vision to become a digitally confident, data-driven housing association by March 2029, supported by a sequenced three-year roadmap structured around three phases: Foundations (Year 1, 2026/27), Transformation (Year 2, 2027/28), and Innovation (Year 3, 2028/29). The strategy has one overriding objective: to give LHP the technology and data foundations it needs to achieve and sustain a C1 Consumer Standard grading, with a target of March 2027. The most important implication is that LHP needs a modern, integrated housing and repairs platform, supported by a clear integration architecture and a stronger data foundation. Core Systems — a modern, integrated core housing and repairs platform at the heart of operations, supplemented where necessary by specialist capability that is tightly integrated into the target architecture, replacing our Housing Management System alongside a fit-for-purpose finance system and consolidated service charge platform. Data Foundation — the Data Warehouse as a single source of truth, with Power BI as the reporting and analytics layer and governance embedded through the Data Stewards. Integration Layer — an API-first architecture with a strategic integration partner, removing manual re-keying between core systems, with the integration architecture agreed before any new system is procured. Customer & Colleague Experience — a fully AI-enabled CXone contact centre, an enhanced customer portal integrated with the new HMS, and mobile-first field working tools. Within this roadmap, the HMS/Digital Repairs Options is a priority Year 1 initiative. The decisions taken through this appraisal will shape the future platform architecture, the integration approach, and the sequencing of wider change across the strategy period. This project is associated with the procurement of a solution for a Housing Management System, Repairs Platform and Dynamic Scheduling tool. Access to the procurement documentation can be found at the following address: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/lhp/aspx/Home
Project Background: Research commissioned by the Greater London Authority on Understanding the Manosphere (2025) found that many boys and young men are navigating increasing uncertainty around identity, masculinity, purpose and belonging. Evidence suggests that social isolation, loneliness, limited access to trusted adults, and exposure to harmful online content can increase vulnerability to misogynistic and harmful online narratives. At the same time, research highlights that boys and young men are seeking guidance on issues such as relationships, identity, wellbeing and masculinity, often in online spaces that can expose them to harmful or misleading content. Emerging evidence indicates that strengthening critical thinking, digital literacy and opportunities for open discussion and reflection can help young people to better understand, question and challenge harmful content and online influences. Research also demonstrates the importance of trusted relationships, positive male role models, supportive peer networks and meaningful offline spaces as protective factors that support healthy identity development, resilience, wellbeing and positive relationships. These opportunities can help boys and young men explore identity, belonging, relationships and different experiences and expressions of masculinity in safe and supportive environments. This evidence sits within a broader context of concern about the impact of online misogyny and harmful online narratives on both boys and young men and on the safety and wellbeing of girls and young women. Research highlights increasing exposure to misogynistic content online, the role of algorithms in amplifying harmful narratives, and the importance of early intervention approaches that build critical thinking, digital literacy, emotional wellbeing and healthy relationship skills. Evidence also highlights the value of creating spaces where boys and young men can explore identity, belonging, relationships and masculinity, reflect on the influences shaping their views, and develop resilience to harmful online content and messaging In response, the Mayor has launched a programme of activity to challenge harmful online narratives and support boys and young men to develop confidence, resilience and a strong sense of identity. In June 2026, the Mayor warned of the risk of a "lost generation of young men" if the growing influence of harmful online content is left unchecked, announcing a package of interventions to strengthen support for boys and young men at home, in schools and across communities. The Mayor's polling found that only 15% of Londoners believe boys and young men have access to enough positive role models, reinforcing the need for investment in trusted adults, mentoring and positive influences. The VRU is leading the development of this programme of interventions. Through mentoring, workforce development, support for fathers and carers, and preventative work in education settings, the programme aims to strengthen critical thinking and digital literacy, increase access to positive male role models and trusted adults, support boys and young men to explore identity, belonging, relationships and masculinity, and reduce vulnerability to exploitation, violence and harmful online influences. Scope of delivery The programme will be structured into three complementary lots as summarised within this notice. This pilot project will improve recovery prospects for species with tightly defined geologies by identifying where they can persist or expand under climate change. It will seek to enhance Natural England's climate suitability maps with geological data to identify future strongholds and connectivity corridors. For identified species, ecological and geological knowledge will be collated; and it is anticipated that for a subset, field surveys will document fine-scale site conditions (e.g. slope, hydrology, soils, geological facies). Species-level reports will provide practical advice to site managers and support local, and wider scale regional and national survival planning. By integrating predictive mapping with ecological insight, the project informs targeted management and landscape-scale planning. It focuses on features we can manage (habitat, land use, and connectivity), recognising that fixed geology may both constrain and guide species' climate-driven range shifts.
